Указанная цель достигается тем, что в известном способе повышения урожайности сельхоз культур в т.ч. в зонах рискованного земледелия, основанном на оптимизации сроков посева, согласно изобретения посев осуществляют в непросохшую почву, находящуюся в, переувлажненом и\или жижеобразном состоянии, возможно, в дождь, сразу после дождя или непосредственно после схода снежного покрова, при скорости перемещения посевного агрегата 1-60 км\час, причем, в качестве силового устройства посевного агрегата используют, транспортно-технологическое средство способное функционировать при давлении на почву от 0,4 кгс\см 2 и менее, вплоть до нуля, например, « Барс УТЭС 271» на эластичных шинооболочках или устройство на воздушной подушке, при этом семена погружают непосредственно под слой переувлажненной почвы, а глубину погружения выбирают от 0,2 до 15 см., 1 нзпф.
