Abstract:
Système de conduit avec moyen d'arrachage et moyen de découpe pour la cueillette des figues de barbarie caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un long conduit (N°1), ouvert au deux extrémités, démontable en deux partie A et B. Ce conduit (N°1) fera la liaison entre le fruit de cactus et les paniers de ramassage. Il sera muni d'un moyen de découpe et d'éjection qui sert à couper la figue de barbarie et la pousser dans le collecteur. Ce moyen de découpe et d'éjection est constitué d'un ensemble de levier rotatif coupant poussoir (N°13) et une fourche coupante (N°12) fixée sur l'avant du collecteur (N°11). Un deuxième moyen de découpe est constitué d'une paire de ciseaux (N°4) avec levier poussoir mobile (N°5). Le conduit (N°1) pourra être muni d'un moyen d'arrachage constitué d'un système à tige télescopique (N°15) munie d'une pince à deux mâchoires (N°16). L'ensemble du conduit et du moyen d'arrachage ou du moyens de découpe est manipulé par un opérateur (agriculteur ou ouvrier) en utilisant un guidon (N°23) et un levier de commande (N°19). En actionnant le levier de commande(N°19), l'opérateur tire sur un câble rigide coulissant dans une gaine souple (N°10) pour actionner le moyen d'arrachage ou le moyen de découpe et d'éjection qui sera utilisé. Une fois que le fruit est coupé ou arraché, il sera déposé dans un collecteur (N°2) monté sur le bout du conduit. Ensuite, sous l'effet de la gravité, le fruit va glisser le long du conduit (N°1). En fin de course, à l'autre extrémité du conduit (N°1), le fruit passe par un tuyau souple et flexible (N°24) pour ensuite tomber directement dans les moyens de ramassage.

본 발명은 포도 적심 겸용 알 솎기 전용가위에 관한 것으로, 커팅날부(11)와 손잡이부(12)를 갖는 제 1커팅부재(10)와; 커팅날부(11')와 손잡이부(12')를 갖는 제 2커팅부재(10')와; 상기 제 1, 2커팅부재(10, 10')를 회동 가능하게 결합하는 힌지결합수단(20)과; 상기 제 1커팅부재(10)의 선단부에 형성된 집게부(30) 및; 상기 제 2커팅부재(10')의 선단부에 형성된 집게부(30')로 구성되어 가위의 양날 선단부에 포도알을 용이하게 집을 수 있는 집게부를 형성하여 결실 초기에 과밀하게 밀착된 포도 송이에서 포도알을 효율적으로 솎아낼 수 있으면서 힌지와 단부 사이 중앙부의 커팅날부로 순자르기를 간편하게 할 수 있어 순자르기 및 알 솎기 에 소요되는 비용 및 시간을 효과적으로 절감할 수 있는 각별한 장점이 있는 유용한 발명이다.

Outil manuel pour couper des tiges végétales, comprenant des moyens de coupe fixés à un manche (5) et comportant une partie tranchante (1,3) de forme elliptique concave. Selon l'invention, la partie tranchante (1,3) est terminée par une partie de protection arrondie (2,4) pour former un crochet de la grosseur d'un doigt de main afin d'éliminer tout risque de trancher ledit doigt au cours d'un maniement de l'outil. De préférence, l'outil comprend deux parties tranchantes (1,3) elliptiques concaves symétriquement opposées et terminées chacune par une partie de protection arrondie (2,4) et chaque partie tranchante (1,3) elliptique concave comprend une lame (1) dentée.
Abstract:
The picking tool comprises a stem cutting member associated to a pinching member which can hold the fruit or vegetable after cutting the stem. The cutting and pinching member is comprised of a tube (3) and a cylinder (5) which has a rotation motion. The end of the tube (3) comprises two segments (6 and 7) acting, respectively, as a knife and as a fixed jaw; the cylinder (5) is provided, symmetrically, with a counter-knife (10) and a movable jaw (9). The stem is positionned in an opening (11) provided at the end of the cylinder (5), between the jaw (9) and the counter-knife (10) and also between the knife (6) and the jaw (7). The rotation of the cylinder (5) actuated by means of a trigger (23) causes, in a first place, the shearing of the stem (15) between the knife (6) and the counter-knife (10) and, in the second place, the pinching of said stem between the fixed jaw (7) and the movable jaw (9).

A clipper or shearing mechanism for separating a produce item such as an apple from the plant upon which it has grown such as an apple tree is disclosed. The mechanism provides a stem separating or severing mechanism comprising at least two mutually movable elements adapted to engage and sever the stem of the produce item. A trigger can be provided to actuate the stem severing mechanism. If desired, a mounting mechanism for mounting the severing elements in a predetermined position relative to a produce intake element can be provided as well. The mechanism can also be provided with crushing mechanisms to crush and soften an exposed portion of the produce item stem. The crushed stem will be less likely to poke and consequently damage adjacent produce items.

The olives and coffee beans harvester according to the invention is a device that, by its compact, light and flexible design and embodiment enables simple, quick and easy harvesting of pure fruits in all conditions. The finger prop (6) with fingers (12) that throws fruits into the receptacle (9) is mounted onto the receptacle (9). On the finger prop (6) there are axles (7) to connect with a battery-driven, motor-driven or hydraulic drive that provides required vibrations by horizontal oscillating movements. The slide joint (16), to which a telescopic stick of adjustable length is attached, enables the change of angle and height during the harvest. The opening at the bottom of the receptacle (9) and the flexible tube (10) provide that harvested fruits pass to the bag or collecting vessel. The elastic connection between fingers (12), provided by means of springs (8), enables easy passage of fingers (12) through the offshoots, and efficient harvesting of pure fruits.

The harvester for herbs and aromatic fruits is a device that enables a quick, easy and efficient harvesting of herbs or aromatic fruits, in all conditions. Elastic fingers (1) are fixed to the support (5). Required elasticity of fingers (1), as well as the elastic connection between fingers (1), is provided by openings (2). This enables that fingers pass freely through branches to the fruits to be picked, and clean fruits are harvested. A bending joint (7) enables the adjustment of inclination, and the telescopic stick enables the adjustment of required length. In this manner, it is enabled that the process of harvesting herbs or picking fruits is carried out from to the ground, so that pickers are safe from bites, stings, cuts or falls from the tree. For harvesting herbs, a blade (4) is mounted to the support (5), and it cuts the herbs grasped by elastic fingers (1). Thicker parts (3) of the fingers (1), by their relative displacement at even fingers in relation to the odd ones, shape the interspace between fingers to look like a meandering path which, together with the curvature of fingers, ensures the safe grasp of the herbs or the aromatic fruits to be picked, practically eliminating the possibility that grasped stems of herbs, or aromatic fruits respectively, set free from the grasp of fingers (1) without control.

A fruit cut-off or pluck-off device capable of easily cutting or plucking off a fruit from a branch without damaging the branch. Two arm portions (1a, 1b) are elastically combined at the rear end (1c) and expand at the front end. A blade portion (3a, 3b) is disposed in the proximity of the front end of each arm portion (1a, 1b), and the two arm portions (1a, 1b) are gripped and brought close to each other against the elasticity acting between them so that the branch of the fruit clamped between the blade portions (3a, 3b) is cut by the blade portion (3a, 3b). In the case of a fruit pluck-off device, clamping portions for clamping the branch of the fruit are disposed in place of the blade portions.

본 발명은 간단한 구조로 제작비용이 적게 들고 초보자도 사용하기가 쉬우며 남겨 두어야 할 줄기를 먼저 선택하여 단 한번의 조작으로 과일의 꽃이나 열매의 줄기 중 불필요한 줄기를 제거하는 적과가위에 관한 것으로, 고정핀을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되며 이격된 2개의 칼날이 형성된 칼날부재, 상기 칼날부재로부터 연장되고 2개가 한 조를 이루는 손잡이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 본 발명은 끼움공간부에 남기고자 하는 줄기를 끼운 상태에서 나머지 줄기를 잘라줌으로써 작업능률을 높이고, 중량이 가벼워 작업자의 피로도를 줄이게 되며, 과일의 크기가 커지게 됨은 물론 당도가 높은 양질의 과일을 수확할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
A hand tool for cutting the stems of plants, comprising cutting means which are secured to a handle (5) and comprising a concave, elliptical cutting part (1,3). According to the invention, the cutting part (1,3) is terminated by a rounded protection part (2,4) forming a hook the size of a finger in order to eliminate any risk of cutting said finger during the handling of said tool. Preferably, the tool comprises two concave, elliptical cutting parts (1,3) which are symmetrically opposite and which are both terminated by a rounded protection part (2,4) and each concave, elliptical cutting part (1,3) comprises a toothed blade (1).
