Abstract:
A table may be sized and configured to nest with an adjacent table to reduce a height of a plurality of stacked tables in a nested configuration. The table top may include an upper surface, a sidewall and a receiving portion at least partially disposed in the upper surface and the sidewall. The receiving portion may be sized and configured to receive an engaging portion of an adjacent table when the tables are disposed in a nested configuration. The table top may also include a plurality of strengthen members disposed in the lower portion of the table top that are sized and configured to support the receiving portion. For example, the strengthening members may include an inner surface sized and configured to support an inner surface of the receiving portion.
Abstract:
A table (1) includes a table top (12) with an upper surface (14) and a lower surface (16). The table top (12) is preferably constructed from blow-molded plastic and it includes a generally hollow interior. The table top (12) includes downwardly extending lip (28), one or more strengthening members that are integrally formed in the lip. The lip (28) is desirably integrally formed in the table top as part of a unitary structure and the lip (28) includes a generally hollow interior that is integrally formed during the blow-molding process with the generally hollow interior of the table top. Advantageously, the table top (12) may include a plurality of depressions (30) that are integrally formed in the table top and the strengthening members may be generally aligned with at least some of the depressions (30). The strengthening members include one or more of inwardly extending portions (216), outwardly extending portions (218) and/or ribs (220) that increase a thickness of the lip. The strengthening members may also be formed in a corner of the table top.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A table desirably includes a table top (12) that is constructed from blow-molded plastic. A frame (32) is mounted to the table top (12) by one or more first frame mounting portions (36). The frame mounting portions (36) are preferably integrally formed in the table top (12) as part of a unitary, one-piece construction. Each of the frame mounting portions (36) may include a recess that is sized and configured to connect the frame (32) to the table top(12). Desirably, the frame (32) is connected to, the table top (12) by snap, friction or interference fit, and without the use of mechanical fasteners such as bolts or screws.
Abstract:
A folding table comprising a basic structure (12) and a resting surface (14) mounted upon the basic structure (14), it being possible for said resting surface to oscillate between a substantially vertical inoperative position , and a substantially horizontal operative position. The resting surface (14) is mounted so that it can oscillate with respect to the basic structure (12) about a first horizontal axis (26), and the aforesaid basic structure (12) comprises a retention device (38), which includes: at least one articulation arm (40) articulated to the basic structure (12) about a second horizontal axis (30) parallel to the first axis (26); and a connection member (42, 142) operatively set between said arm (40) and the aforesaid resting surface (14).
Abstract:
A connection structure of bed legs is provided. The bed legs (2) are pivoted and connected with the bottom of the bed board (1), and at least a support bar (3) is pivoted and connected inside the bed legs (2). A through hole (31) is set at the free end of the support bar (3), a protruding post (11) is set at the corresponding position at the bottom of the bed board, and a groove (32) is set at one side of the through hole.
Abstract:
A kind of foldable table which is folded conveniently includes a faceplate (10), the first table leg rack (1) and the second table leg rack (2) mounted at the two sides of the bottom of the faceplate. The first table leg rack includes the first leg (11) and the second leg (12) which are connected respectively with near edge of the bottom of the faceplate through a folding mechanism. The folding mechanism of the first leg is symmetric with that of the second leg. The hinge of the two folding mechanisms is at the inner of the two legs, and the two folding mechanisms are synchronic and connected through a control rod (5). The assistant connecting pieces (42) of the first leg and the second leg are fixed and connected through a control rod, the structure of the second table leg rack is symmetric with that of the first table leg rack. When opening the folding mechanisms pressing the control rod (5) downwards, the table legs are stably locked to supporting state. When folding the folding mechanisms, pushing the control rod (5) upwards, the folding mechanisms are free from unlocking state, and the table legs can be folded near the bottom of the faceplate.
Abstract:
A computer desk includes a desktop and a slidable keyboard tray. The computer desk also includes a first leg assembly and a second leg assembly that are pivotably connected to the desktop. In addition, a first telescopic assembly may be connected to the first leg assembly and a first side of the tray, and a second telescopic assembly may be connected to the second leg assembly and a second side of the tray. Each telescopic assembly desirably includes an outer telescoping member and an inner telescoping member. The leg assemblies may also each include a foot member in which the front free end of the foot member is longer than the rear free end of the foot member.
Abstract:
A folding table has a table top of synthetic plastic material with an upper working surface and an underside, the underside having at least one rearwardly located leg retainer and at least one forwardly located strut retainer. A leg assembly has an elongated connecting member and a pair of legs extending from opposite ends of the connecting member, each leg having a foot member extending from a lower end thereof remote from the connecting member. An angularly movable strut is pivotally secured at the rear to at least one of the legs and is releasably engageable at the front with the strut retainer. The strut is angularly moveable between a working position in releasable engagement with the strut retainer to maintain the tabletop in a working position and a retracted position between the legs when released from the strut retainer. The or each leg retainer retains the connecting member in engagement therewith while permitting angular movement of the table top between a working position and a folded position in which the table top is substantially parallel to the legs.
