An adjustable base container including a first surrounding wall forming a hollow internal space therein, the first surrounding wall having an inner surface including threads lengthwise and a male pattern design on a top portion of the inner surface, a second surrounding wall fitting within the first surrounding wall having one or more slit openings along its length extending completely through a bottom end in an axial direction, and having a female pattern design on a bottom side of a top end, the female pattern design corresponding to and fitting over the male pattern design of the first surrounding wall, and a platform sitting within the second surrounding wall having a top and bottom surface, a central space, and protrusions extending laterally from a rim edge, the protrusions engaging with the inner surface of the first surrounding wall between the threads. The invention relates to an in-store self-service dispenser. The dispenser comprises a driven dispensing conveyor. The conveyor comprises a belt provided with a pattern of gripping members, which are dimensioned and grouped such that they in combination, i.e. two gripping members, will convey a cherry tomato along a dispensing trajectory. The gripping members are grouped, for example in pairs, for each pair conveying a single cherry tomato, or in rows, i.e. a combination of pairs, for conveying a row of cherry tomatoes, each tomato of that row being engaged by two gripping members. The gripping members thus provide a discontinuous front for picking up cherry tomatoes to settle relative to each other when engaged.

The containers may also be connected such that the containers may be removed from the housing, rotated about a hinged connection, and placed on a shelf for storage.

A collapsible tubular structure (1, 22) is provided comprising a peripheral, generally circular, end frame (2, 11, 12, 28, 32) at each end of the structure in the erected condition, at least two and generally three or four angularly spaced, rigidly flexible, longitudinal frame members (4, 15, 29, 33) extending between the two end frames, and a flexible side wall (6, 19) having end edges held in association with each of the two end frames. The structure is characterized in that the ends of the longitudinal frame members are held in association with the end frames in an articulated manner and in that retaining means are provided for releasably holding the elongate frame members in the erected condition relative to the end frames.
