Abstract: A table game comprising: a playing surface (1); first and second pieces (4, 5) simulating two opposing teams; and a body simulating a ball or the like (6), all of which include respective permanent magnets arranged so that when the body simulating the ball (6) is approached by or approaches a piece (4, 5), it is subjected to a motion of magnetic repulsion along the playing surface (1). There are moreover provided two goals (2) and a table score-board (8) with optical displays (9, 10) interacting with one another when entry of the body simulating the ball or the like (6) into a goal (2) is detected via a respective photocell (14).
