The invention refers to the original jewel. First we make a rubber mould. Then we take away a part of the original jewel and we leave around small teeth. We make a second rubber mould of it and take wax of the second mould. The wax in the castpress of metal. The jewels of the castpress are placed one by one in the first rubber mould. We make "trees" of it. Then we place them in the MOUCHLOS. Unwaxing of the MOUCHLOS, placing in the oven of the MOUCHLOS, melting of the metal in the castpress, placing of the MOUCHLOS in the castpress. In this way with the small teeth which the cut jewels have, with the temperature of the MOUCHLOS and the power of the castpress we succeed the automatic fitting and sticking of the jewels of the same or of different metals. The advantage of this invention is that the production of the jewels of the same or of different metals is done at the same time, without filing, with automatic precise fitting and sticking without the intervention of human hands. We succeed a mass production - we avoid manual labour (filing, fitting, sticking, of the same or different metals of the jewels).

The centrifugal machines for cast materials, particularly those which are intended to the dental technique, have a first arm (2, 21) rotatingly driven by a motor, about a vertical axis, provided with a casting chamber (5) which may optionally be evacuated, and wherein there is provided a crucible (24) and a moufle fixed by a device and a second arm (3, 31) also in rotation about the vertical axis provided with a counterweight (4, 4', 23). For an easy and fast production of good quality alloys, the counter-weight (4, 4', 23) is fixed and each moufle is held in a moufle cage (8) of appropriate size and weight. It is easy to balance with precision when the counter-weight (23) and the moufle are mounted on a slide (29) movable horizontally on the axis of the arms, both parts being moved by a single device, for example a serrated wheel (25).
