본 발명은 러그 절단장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 길이방향을 따라 슬라이딩레일이 형성되고, 러그의 리브와 결합되면서 상기 러그에 고정되는 메인프레임과, 상기 메인프레임의 슬라이딩레일에 이동가능하게 결합되며 상기 러그를 절단하는 띠톱조립체 및 상기 띠톱조립체가 상기 슬라이딩레일을 따라 이동하도록 하는 이송유닛을 포함하는 러그 절단장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 러그 절단장치는 블록 구조물의 도장이나 금속조직이 손상되지 않도록 러그를 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 러그의 리브에 러그 절단장치가 고정되므로 러그의 절단 위치에 안정적으로 설치될 수 있어 러그의 절단면을 균일하게 절삭할 수 있다.
