Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss zum Verschliessen einer Flasche, die einen mit einer Öffnung versehenen Flaschenhals (1) aufweist, an dem in der Nähe der Öffnung ein Aussengewinde (5, 6) ausgebildet ist. Um einen einfach handhabbaren und kostengünstig herstellbaren Verschluss zu schaffen, weist der Verschluss (2) mindestens einen, insbesondere mehrere Verformungsbereiche auf, die plastisch so verformt sind, dass sie in der äusseren Umfangsfläche des Verschlusses Vertiefungen (21, 22) bilden und innen (25, 26) an das Gewinde (5, 6) angepasst sind.

A tamper-proof closure (10) for use with a bottle having a neck (11), a lip (12), a shelf (35) surrounding the neck and a plurality of ramp sections (14). The closure includes a top wall (15), a skirt (16) and a plurality of tabs (22) extending from the bottom edge of the skirt. The tabs (22) include first and second side edges (23, 24) and a transverse edge (25). The tab is longer adjacent to one side edge (24) than the other (23). The ramp sections (14) include an upwardly sloping portion of the shelf (41) and a cam wall (40) extending across the shelf from the neck to the outer edge of the shelf.

A system and method for implementing cap closure for a carbonated beverage is disclosed. According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes a cap liner having a circular ring shape. The apparatus further comprises an outer lip and an inner portion of the circular ring shape. The outer lip is taller than the inner portion, and the outer lip has two or more structures extending away from a center of the outer lip.

Des entailles complementaires (18) peuvent etre formees dans le filetage (14) du conteneur. The present invention relates generally to forming a threaded neck in a metal bottle manufactured by a process known as impact extrusion. More specifically, the present invention relates to methods, apparatus and alloy compositions used in the impact extrusion manufacturing of containers and other articles with sufficient strength characteristics to allow threading the container necks to receive a threaded closure on the threaded neck.

The first and second engagement means (28, 48) mutually engage to retain the radial position of at least a portion (44) of the closure relative to the container (20). A method of forming a container and closure combination is also claimed. A container and a closure is also separately claimed.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing a sealing lip of a metallic can, and a metallic can processed by the apparatus. The present invention provides an apparatus for processing a sealing lip of a metallic can comprising: a pressurization block which is lifted and lowered by a lifting means to elastically provide pressure downward; an interlocking means which moves downward step by step by the pressure of the pressurization block and has a coupling relation in which the means stops at stages in the level difference structure of a base so as to be held; and a lip processing member which presses the sealing lip to the inside and outside of a bottle neck of the metallic can while interlocking due to the movement of the interlocking means, and provides a metallic can wherein a notch groove is processed at a beading part by the apparatus for processing a sealing lip of a metallic can.
