Abstract:
A recycling bin (2) having a hook (6) on the top that allows to be installed inside or outside ordinary waste bins to keep separate various type of waste and improve recycle. Waste bag can be applied inside the collector if needed. The bottom pin (12) stops waste from falling and it can be released to empty the bin once full. The pin shaft is keyed with a perpendicular pin (13) which avoid unwanted releases and keep it in position. The top pad (19) can be applied to indicate the type of waste to collect. The recycling bin can also be used as disposable used cups stacker and it may be made of recycled plastic material.
Abstract:
Each chamber in the container is designed to hold its own type of waste material and emptied independently from one another. The characteristic feature of the container (10) is that it has at least one recyclable solid waste chamber (30) with an independent, lockable hatch (20); at least one non-recycled waste chamber (40) with an independent, lockable hatch (20); at least one liquid oil chamber (50) with a conic shaped oil fill pipe (52) which gets narrower towards the oil reservoir (53); at least one batteries chamber (60) with at least one battery entry hole (62) which allows the disposal of used batteries into batteries box (63) but disallows them to drop out.
Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to an apparatus for filling a biowaste tank having an inner body with first and second ends. The first end receives biowaste and the second end directs the biowaste into a tank. The apparatus has an outer body with first and second ends. The first end receives overflow and the second end is flush with the second end of the inner body, and the outer body fully encompasses the inner body. The apparatus has a first pipe with an inlet configured to attach to the tank and an outlet in the inner body, and a second pipe with an inlet in the outer body, and an outlet in the tank, the pipe configured to direct overflow biowaste from the inner body into the tank through a second aperture in the tank.
Abstract:
Recycling container for processing organic waste in situ and corresponding method. The container comprises a main chamber (2) with a waste inlet opening (4), and compacting means (6) for reducing the volume of said waste and shaping compacted waste units (100). Furthermore, the container (1) comprises grinding means (8) arranged after said inlet opening (4), mixing means (12) arranged after said grinding means (8), and application means (16) for applying a binding agent (18) arranged for applying said binding agent (18) to said waste. Said mixing means (12) and said application means (16) are arranged for unloading said waste into said compacting means (6) once it has been mixed and bound. The invention further relates to a method for processing organic waste in situ.
Abstract:
A tubular support (17) to be installed in an opening defined on the wall of a dumpster (10) has an open inlet end (17a) facing the outside of the dumpster and an open outlet end (17b) facing the inside of the dumpster (10). A door (45) applied to the inlet end (17a) is provided with automatically controlled opening/closing means (48). A first series of infrared sensors (26, 28, S I) monitors a first transit area (LI) crossed by the waste introduced in the dumpster (10) through the tubular support (17). A control unit (22) enables the opening of the door (45) upon recognition of the identification code detected by a code reader and determines the volume of the disposed waste on the basis of the number of infrared sensors that switch when the waste is introduced.
Abstract:
A storage receptacle can include a storage bin and a pedal mounted to the receptacle. The pedal can rotate downward when pressure is applied in order to pull on a first cable coupled to the pedal. The first cable is connected to a spring, and the spring is connected to a second cable. The second cable connects the spring to a door via an upper pulley of the receptacle. The second cable causes the door to open when the second cable is pulled based on force applied to the pedal. A bottom pulley can be coupled to the pedal via the first cable and configured to translate an upward pull of the first cable to a downward pull of the spring and second cable. The spring controls the motion of the door such that the door does not open too quickly upon a force being applied to the pedal.
Abstract:
System and method of managing waste at waste transfer stations. Open faced bins allow human entry for sorting, segregation or quarantining waste before it is moved to or mixed with bulk waste stations. Bins are located in covered or uncovered bays located away from waste stations. Stops and guides for precise and safe placement of bins in bays are provided. Bins have quick hitch connection points. To collect, store and redirect leachates in bins, a liquid capture zone and drain hole is provided. Bay design prevents public access to machine areas and adjacent bays.
Abstract:
A collection device for waste objects is provided for comprising a box-shaped body (2) defining an inner volume and an introduction mouth (23a) of said waste objects in said inner volume and comprising a partition wall (25) subdividing the inner volume into a collection compartment (25a) and an introduction compartment (25b) suitable to receive the waste objects introduced through said introduction mouth (23a); said partition wall (25) comprising a through cross-section (25c) through which the waste objects pass from the introduction compartment (25b) into the collection compartment (25a); the collection device (1) further comprisig a drum (31) housed in said introduction compartment (25b) and comprising a housing (31b) for the waste objects suitable to rotate around a rotation axis (31a) parallel to the gravitational gradient defining an introduction position in which the housing (31b) faces the input mouth (23a) allowing the arrangement of said waste objects in the housing (31 b) through the mouth (23a) and a release position in which the housing (31a) overlaps the through cross-section (25c) allowing the waste objects to pass from the housing (31b) to the collection compartment (25a) through the through cross-section (25c).
Abstract:
A multipurpose refuse receptacle comprising an outer shell defining an inner chamber, a receiving assembly disposed within the inner chamber, and a door assembly. The door assembly is movable between an open position and a close position. The receptacle has a basket carrier and a basket, the basket being disposable within the basket carrier. Further, a hydraulic lift assembly is operably coupled to the basket carrier, the hydraulic lift assembly having a pump assembly. A mechanism is operably coupled to the pump assembly and the door assembly, the mechanism being movable in a first direction. Wherein, when the mechanism is moved in the first direction the door assembly moves to the open position. Further wherein, when the mechanism is moved in the first direction, hydraulic pressure is generated by the pump assembly.
