Abstract:
The invention relates to a conveying device for objects. The device comprises a frame provided with a series of carriers that are movable in a conveying direction, the carriers being aligned parallel to each other with a certain gap and transverse to the conveying direction, wherein at least some of the carriers bear pusher shoes that are shiftable along said carriers through the gap. The device is characterized in that the gap between successive carriers is at least partly bridged by gap closure means, designed such that a pusher shoe can run through the gap relatively unhindered, while an object other than a pusher shoe is prevented from falling into the gap. The conveying device has less downtime than the known device. The invention also relates to a pusher shoe for use in the device.

본 발명은 로터리식 열수축라벨지 부착장치에 관한 것으로, 열수축 라벨지가 씌워진 용기를 가이드휠에 의해 입출시키는 용기입출부; 가이드휠에 의해 입출되는 용기를 회전이송하도록 베이스테이블을 관통하게 기립 설치되는 하부회동축 및 상부회동과, 상기 하부회동축에 축설되며 인입되는 용기가 안착된 상태로 회전하는 다수의 회전척이 구비된 턴테이블과, 상기 상부회동축에 축설되는 상부본체로 구성된 회전이송부; 턴테이블의 회전척과 일대일 형성되도록 환상 배열되는 다수의 승강로드와, 상기 승강로드의 하단부에 형성된 분사구를 갖는 클램프노즐과, 상기 클램프노즐의 외주면에 공기 또는 냉각공기 중 어느 하나를 공급하도록 공급호스가 체결되어 용기의 주입구를 개폐하며 분사구를 통해 열기에 의한 라벨지의 수축과정에서 용기의 형태변형이 방지되도록 공기 또는 냉각공기를 채우는 클램핑수단; 상기 용기입출부의 반대편에 설치되는 스팀증착부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A feed unit, for example for feeding components to smoking article assembly apparatus, has a guide member (14) and a plurality of pushers (21) arranged to push components (2) along a path defined by the guide member (14) for output from the feed unit. The guide member (14) is arranged to separate the components (2) into separate streams (63, 64) according to their orientation. The stream (63) of non-correctly oriented components (2) comprises a channel that is helically rotated to orientate correctly said components (2). Both streams (63, 64) converge downstream said helical section to achieve a single flow of components (2) of similar orientation.

A device (2) for removing and replacing containers (3) from and on a conveyor line (1) comprises: a first lateral guide wall (4); a second lateral guide wall (30); a rotating disc (6) provided with at least a seating (7); the rotating disc (6) being arranged between the first lateral guide wall (4) and the second lateral guide wall (30) for removing a container (3) to be treated from the conveyor line (1) and for replacing a treated container (3) on the conveyor line (1); a first guide member (10) mobile between a first retracted position (A1) and a first advanced position (A2); a second guide member (11) mobile between a second retracted position (B1) and a second advanced position (B2); the rotating disc (6), the first guide member (10) and the second guide member (11) being phase-activatable such as to transfer containers (3) from and onto the conveyor line (1).
