The present invention relates to a hydrogen water manufacturing system and, more particularly, to a device configured such that there is no concern that ozone, which may be generated during an electrolysis, might be included in supplied hydrogen water, the water pressure of raw water does not act on the electrolyzer, which is a core component, and the amount of hydrogen dissolved in the hydrogen water is increased. The hydrogen water manufacturing system comprises: a constant pressure maintenance unit (100) for receiving and storing raw water and maintaining a predetermined water level; an electrolysis unit (200) comprising a sealed container having an oxygen generation chamber (210) and a hydrogen generation chamber (220), which receive raw water from the constant pressure maintenance unit (100) independently, and which are formed by a bifurcation with an ion exchange membrane (230) interposed therebetween, a positive electrode plate (211) being provided in the oxygen generation chamber (210), and a negative electrode plate (221) being provided in the hydrogen generation chamber (220), thereby conducting an electrolysis according to supply of power; a fluid pump (300) for receiving raw water and hydrogen from the hydrogen generation chamber (220) of the electrolysis unit (200) and transferring the same using a pressure; a dissolution unit (400) having a nozzle (410) so as to receive raw water and hydrogen from the fluid pump (300) and to spray the same, thereby dissolving hydrogen in the raw water; and a flow rate detection sensor (500) arranged on piping, following the dissolution unit (400), so as to detect supply of hydrogen water, thereby driving the fluid pump (300), the flow rate detection sensor (500) supplying the electrolysis unit (200) with power so as to conduct an electrolysis. The hydrogen water manufacturing device has improved durability of various components and has a substantially increased amount of hydrogen dissolved in the hydrogen water; furthermore, the same can supply generated hydrogen water rapidly, thereby maximizing the effect caused by the hydrogen water, and can prevent damage to the components that could result from unavoidable interruption of supply of raw water.

The invention relates to water sanitation apparatus and an associated method of treating water for drinking purposes. The apparatus comprises a cap for connection to a screw- threaded outlet spigot of a container. The cap has a drinking nozzle and a chamber containing a water sanitiser. The chamber is rupturable to dispense the sanitiser into a container fitted with the cap. A flocculent is preferably included in combination with the sanitiser and the treated water is filtered through a filter provided in the cap. The cap will also preferably be provided with a flexible water bag having a screw-threaded outlet spigot, which provides the container for the water treatment process.
