본 발명은 이종 소재로 이루어진 부품 접착을 위한 1액형 에폭시계 접착제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 물품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 경량화를 위해 도입된 비(非)금속계 부재와 금속계 부재 간의 열팽창 특성 차이를 극복하여 우수한 연신 특성과 충격 강도를 동시에 구현할 수 있다.

The present application relates to a two-component (2K) polyurethane composition comprising component (I) and component (II), wherein component (I) comprises an aromatic polyisocyanate and component (II) comprises a polyol, said composition being characterized in that it comprises a metal- free, latent catalyst which is activatable under ultraviolet irradiation, said catalyst comprising at least one nitrogen heterocyclic compound bearing an aromatic photoremovable group, the release of said group under UV irradiation yielding a tertiary amine. In an important embodiment, the metal-free latent catalyst is a monocyclic or bicyclic nitrogen heterocycle in which said aromatic photoremovable group (PRG) is directly bonded to a nitrogen disposed in a ring and is represented by the formula: -CR 1 R 2 -Ar (PRG) wherein: R 1 and R 2 are independently of one another hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; Ar represents an aryl group having from 6 to 18 ring carbon atoms, which aryl group may be unsubstituted or may be substituted by one of more C1-C6 alkyl group, C2-C4 alkenyl group, CN, OR 3 , SR 3 , CH 2 OR 3 , C(O)R 3 , C(O)OR 3 or halogen; and, where present, each R 3 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl and phenyl.

본 발명은 핫멜트 필름 위에 점착층을 형성할 때 도트 코팅(Dot Coating) 방식으로 도포함으로써 피착제(예를 들어, 원단이나 합성피혁 등)와 피착제(예를 들어, 신발 갑피 등) 사이에 핫멜트 필름을 삽입하고 무재봉(No-Sew) 프레스 작업으로 접착시킬 때 상기 핫멜트 필름에 코팅된 점착제 의해 접착력이 떨어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 도트 코팅된 점착층을 가지는 폴리우레탄 핫멜트 필름을 제시한다.
