Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for transporting harness elements, notably drop wires (LA) for weaving machines, which are arranged on substantially horizontal supporting members (22). Said device is characterized by a plate (21) which is substantially parallel to the supporting members (22) and positioned beneath same. The drop wires (LA) rest on both the supporting members and the plate by forming an angle alpha . The supporting members (22) and plate (21) can be displaced in relation to each other.
Abstract:
A separator has a separating member for separating the first drop wire (LA) of a drop wire stack (LS). This separating member has on the one hand separating means (34) which apply pressure on one of the front edges of the drop wire (LA) to be separated, thus buckling said drop wire (LA), and on the other hand transport means (37) designed to enter the gap formed by buckling the drop wire and to carry away the separated drop wire (LA') from the stack (LS). This separator allows all kinds of drop wires to be separated without difficulty at a high frequency.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic warp-passing unit for weaving machine, and particularly to an automatic warp-passing unit, of which a series of work is carried out to draw in strands of prior warps and new warps so that both warps are connected automatically. The object of the present invention is to provide an automatic warp-passing unit for weaving machine, capable of securing easiness of arrangement and warp-drawing of prior woven warps and new warps, by performing said works automatically. An automatic warp-passing unit of the present invention comprises: a passing body 10 having a pair of passing sections (12, 13) on whose upper part formed with passing grooves (12a, 12b) through each of which a strand of warp passes independently; a bonding die (20) inserted between both passing sections (12, 13), on whose upper part bonding grooves (21) communicating with said passing grooves (12a, 12b) through each of which a prior and new warp (1a, 1b) are folded; a fore and aft warp-drawing panel (30, 40) consisted of, a drawing section (31, 41) formed with drawing grooves (32, 42) communicating with said passing grooves (12a, 12b) and fixed on said passing grooves (12a, 12b), and a flat board section (33, 43) extended outwardly from said drawing section (31, 41) and placed lower than the section (31, 41), respectively; and a fore and aft arranging body (50, 60) placed on said flat board section (33, 43) to arrange strands of warps (1) passing said flat board section (33, 43) on the board (33, 43)..
Abstract:
In order to lease threads (F), in particular, warp threads into guide elements (2) of a handling device (1), such as combs or reeds, the threads (F) are first leased in sequence into a leasing comb (11) and are fixed thereto. The threads (F) are subsequently guided through the device (1) by means of the leasing comb (11). During this process, the threads (F) are taken up by the guide elements (2).
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for automatically passing a warp thread (F) through the accessories of a loom, provide for: prearranging a plurality of packs of heddles (3) sustained by parallel rods (2, 2'), holding the first heddle (3A) of each pack by means of a ribbon of a pair of consecutive selector ribbons (6, 7) positioned transversely relative to the rods (2, 2') slightly compressing the packs of heddles (3), separating the first heddle (3A) from each pack according to a pre-set sequence moving at least one of the selector ribbons (6, 7) transversely relative to the rods (2, 2') in such a way as to free the selected heddle (3A) and cause its removal from the pack, holding the subsequent heddles of the pack by means of the second selector ribbon (7), orienting the eyelet of the stitch of the selected heddle (3A) so as to allow the passage of a thread-bearing needle (9) and to pass the thread (F) through the teeth of the reed (4).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for receiving and holding harness elements (LA, LI), notably drop wires (LA) for weaving machines, between two opposite retaining surfaces (24, 25). The device is characterized by a first piston (26) which has a first retaining surface (24) and can be displaced in a first cylinder (28) and a second piston (27) which has a second retaining surface (25) and can be displaced in a second cylinder (29). The invention also relates to preferred embodiments of said device (23), such as its arrangement in a rotating head (22). The invention further relates to a method for receiving, holding and distributing harness elements (LA, LI), notably drop wires (LA) for weaving machines, by means of a corresponding system (20), in which the operating steps reception, alignment, holding, transport and hand-over of a drop wire (LA) are carried out using a rotating head (22) of the type provided for in the invention and the take-over, transport and output of the drop-wire are effected by means of a distributor carriage (33).
