A prefinished building assembly for a modular wet room, the prefinished building system comprising: floor, ceiling and wall panels; wherein at least one of the floor, ceiling and wall panels comprises a first side formed with a cellular structure and a second side having an internal covering; wherein the walls are joined to the floor and ceilings with a first connecting system; wherein the first connecting system comprises a protrusion extending from the perimeter of the floor and ceiling and an receiving means located in a bottom edge and/or top edge of the wall for receiving the protrusion; and wherein a second connecting system for joining adjacent wall panels together, the second connecting system comprising an engagement means on either end of the adjacent wall panels adapted to fix the wall panels together.

A presente invenção trata de um sistema de coordenação modular reversível (1) que compreender uma estrutura central (2) que serve para a sustentação de cada módulo; placas piso (3) que são posicionadas na base da estrutura central; placas teto (4) posicionadas na porção superior da estrutura central (2); e, placas laterais (5) posicionadas nas laterais; formando módulos individuais que podem ser empregados na construção de edificação e ao uso do sistema de coordenação modular reversível (1) por ser para a construção de edificações provisórias, bem como para a construção de edificações perenes resilientes e não resilisentes.

Ein umbauter Raum (1) weist eine viereckförmige Grundfläche (2) und einen zwischen zwei Stirnseitenwänden (3, 4) verschiebbaren Raumteiler (7) auf, der sich zwischen zwei parallelen Längsseitenwänden (5, 6), der Decke und dem Boden erstreckt, wobei der Raum (1 ) in den durch den Raumteiler (7) getrennten Raumabschnitten (13, 14) Einrichtungsgegenstände (15) aufweist. An dem Raumteiler (7) ist mindestens ein Einrichtungsgegenstand (15) befestigt, der in zumindest einer verschobenen Endlage des Raumteilers (7) in eine korrespondierende Nische (26) im Bereich der benachbarten Stirnseitenwand (4, 5) eintaucht und in zumindest einer anderen Endlage zur Benutzung zugängig ist.

Módulo contenedor de zonas húmedas e instalaciones particulares y generales para edificaciones residenciales, hosteleras y hospitalarias, que comprende un espacio para baño completo (2), con tabiques delimitadores (3), suelo (4) y techo (5), incluidos material de revestimiento y acabados, sanitarios (7) y, opcionalmente, puerta (6), y un frente de cocina (8), que incorpora mobiliario y electrodomésticos (9); en que ambos espacios, baño (2) y frente de cocina (8) se separan por un tabique (10) de instalaciones, habiéndose previsto, en él y/o en los tabiques (3) delimitadores, instalaciones de ventilación (11), fontanería (12), saneamiento (13), electricidad (14), calefacción (15), iluminación (16), comunicaciones (17), y cuadro de instalaciones (18); en que las instalaciones a contener en cada uno de los tabiques (3) delimitadores del baño (2) dependerán de la ubicación del módulo (1) dentro de la vivienda o espacio y por tanto de las estancias a las que sirva.

The invention relates to a multistorey building comprising a shaft (32, 46) divided into modular units (24, 44), each one designed for each storey. The modular units (24, 44) can be stacked one upon the other to form the said shaft (32, 46), which shaft extends through at least one storey. Each modular unit (24, 44) comprises a framework (41) having load-bearing elements (26) extending between two storeys. The load-bearing elements (26) comprise a top part (28) and a bottom part (43). The top part (28) is provided with a support (45) for supporting the floor structure elements (13, 13', 13") of an adjoining storey.

The invention relates to a repair method of sanitary facilities of a block of flats, in which the sanitary- facilities (1) to be repaired are disposed on top of each other, i.e. at the same point in all storeys. According to the invention, the load-bearing structures of different storeys (3) that are supported on the walls (2) enclosing the sanitary facilities (1) are supported one upon the other to one another from outside the walls of the sanitary facilities; the sanitary facilities are cut off from the rest of the structure of the block of flats from between the supporting points and the walls of the sanitary facilities; the sanitary facilities are removed completely; new self-supporting sanitary facility elements (7) are dropped from above down into the pit thus formed and stacked one upon the other; the load-bearing structures of different storeys are connected to the sanitary facilities disposed at a corresponding height; and the supports (4) disposed in different storeys are removed .

The present invention relates to a prefabricated service pod comprising: a central framework adapted to accommodate at least one utility means, said utility means being selected from: an electricity supply, a telecommunications/data supply, a water supply, a waste fluid drainage conduit, and a ventilation supply; and at least two sections attached to said framework selected from: a kitchen section, a bathroom section, and a staircase section. The present invention also describes a method of constructing a building using a prefabricated service pod.

A room-bounding structure (e.g., walls, floor and/or ceilings), in accord with an embodiment of the invention, includes a rigid sheet impermeable to moisture; spacer protrusions on the first surface of the sheet at essentially even intervals over the entire area of the sheet; and a rigid surface sheet supported on the spacer protrusions, in such a way that the space between the sheet and the surface sheet forms a network of air channels for ventilating the structure. In another embodiment of the invention, a structural system for a room-bounding structure includes a casted structure, and a perforated conduit with an inlet and outlet outside the casted structure, at least a portion of the conduit embedded in the casted structure. Such room-bounding structures may be utilized as part of a modular room that includes one or more utility connections for connecting a utility system to the modular room.
