An anti-theft tag includes a housing (82) comprised of a cover (1) and a base(2) with a stepped-shaped chamber, a coil alarm device (14) between the cover (1) and the base (2), and a locking device with magnetic field, wherein the locking device is comprised of not less than three steel balls (7), a steel ball fixing device and a spring device against the steel balls (7). The steel ball fixing device comprises a locking cap (8), and the spring device embodies a spring(5,5') and a spring abutment (21) for accommodating the spring (5,5'). It is provided a transverse fixing device in the locking device, which is released by transverse magnetic force or by air pressure. The nail extractor (27) cannot extract the nail (3) whether the magnetic force is too much or too little.

The present invention is based on the idea, how to create a locker, which will be in no doubt useful in leisure pools, hotels and other similar tourist objects, and among others e.g. also in the industry, and which handling, namely unlocking/locking should be carried out without any difficulties by using such means and in such a manner which are completely compatible and useful for handling with other means and use of these means, which are available for the user in the entire complex of activities in the environment, where the user of the locker is to be found. Such a locker comprises a framework (1) which consists of few one against each other and preferentially one above each other in rows placed drawers (2), which are all equipped with the door (21), which can be locked or unlocked by means of appropriate locking mechanism (5), whereby a card-reader (4) suitable for reading magnetic or so called chip-cards as well as a processor (4) are foreseen, by which the locking unit (52) is controlled representing together with at least one lock plate (51) at least a part of appropriate locking mechanism (5).

A locking device to be secured in a weapon, comprising a first locking means manoeuvrable by a lock cylinder (56), which locking means has a friction body (10) displaceably arranged in relation to the lock body (3-5) and insertable into the chamber or barrel of the weapon, and blocking elements (23) arranged to be moved into engagement with the inside wall of the chamber/barrel in case of mutual displacement between the friction body (10) and the lock body (3-5). The locking device furthermore comprising a second locking means (73), which by means of the lock cylinder (56) is movable into engagement with a space in the weapon located adjacent to the chamber/barrel in order to secure the locking device in the weapon. The invention also relates to a locking device having a ring-shaped lock element (73), a locking device comprising a lock shaft (9) with a blocking device (41) for preventing displacement of the lock shaft, a locking device comprising a blocking element and a key (2) for manoeuvring a locking device.

An electro-mechanical latching apparatus (10) for an enclosure (11) such as a vending machine and including an electronic lock controller (35) for disengaging a latch assembly (31) securing the door (14) of the enclosure (11) against the enclosure frame (13) in a closed, locked position. Upon actuation, the lock controller (35) disengages the latch assembly (31) and enables the door (14) of the enclosure to be moved to an open position for accessing the enclosure.

A linear preload fluid power operated latch (10) has two coaxial pistons (42, 44), one (44) slidable inside the other (42) and the other (42) slidable within a cylinder (40). The one piston (44) slides inside the other (42) to cam dogs (30) which are slidable in slots of a nose (28) which is secured to the other piston (42) so as to engage an undercut (29) in a cup in which the nose (28) is received. After the dogs (30) are engaged in the cup (20), which secures the latch (10), both pistons (42, 44) are retracted to apply a linear preload force between the two bodies (14, 15) being latched. In one embodiment (22; 322), the pistons (42, 44; 342, 344) are moved in both directions under fluid pressure and in another embodiment (122; 222), both pistons (142, 144) are returned by compression springs (170, 172, 174; 270, 272, 274). In either case, the cup (20; 320) is drawn closer to the cylinder (40, 140, 240, 340) with a certain preload force, to latch a body (14) to which the cup (20; 320) is attached to a second body (15) to which the cylinder (40, 140, 240, 340) is attached with that preload force. An elastomeric isolator (32; 332) is interposed between the one body (14) and the cup (20; 320) so as to attenuate the transmission of vibrations from the cup (20; 320) to the body (14) or vice versa, and also to provide lateral and vertical compliance for helping to align the cup (20; 320) and locking unit (22; 122; 222; 322) with one another.

The invention relates to a central locking system including a number of locking units (2a..2n) provided with a bolt member (3) movable into a locking and open position, and a control unit (1) provided with a locking mechanism, said locking units being operated simultaneously by said control unit. For controlling the movements of the bolt member (3) the locking units (2a..2n) include a two directionally operable electric motor (12) arranged to be operated electromechanically from the control unit (1) so that switching on and off of current and choice of the direction of current is achieved by means of a backwards and forwards movable selecting member (14) connected to said locking mechanism. The system also includes an accumulator unit (4) connectable to a power source, preferably to the mains, for increasing the current strength momentarily when current is connected by said selecting member (14).

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for securing a box cover to a watthour meter socket box. In certain embodiments, the apparatus has a clamping member that fits over a wall of a meter box, and a lock housing that locks to the clamping member after a box cover has been installed, thereby securing the cover to the box in a manner such that the box cover cannot be installed unless the clamping member has been installed correctly. Tn various other embodiments, the clamping member consists of a clamp disposed between a clamp actuating member and a fastening shelf. In various other embodiments, the clamp includes a stopping member for indicating when the clamp actuating member is actuated into a fully secured position. Other embodiments relate to a locking bracket and a lock housing wherein the locking bracket generally comprises a clamping member and a fastening lever or threaded member that attaches to a wall of a meter box base. Further embodiments relate to a through hardened clamping member and a lock housing wherein the clamping member generally comprises a clamp, clamp actuating member, fastening shelf and wherein the clamping actuating member may comprise a lever or threaded member so as to attaches the clamping member to a wall of a meter box base and secured it thereto with the lock housing. The lock housing generally comprises a unitary member with a perpendicular flange. The meter box cover is secured to the meter box base when the locking bracket is secured to the side wall (or another wall) and used in combination with the lock housing and a locking shaft.

A security lock for securing a locking assembly (100) to a stopping member (200). A bolt (120) may be extended in a longitudinal direction (x-axis) from a housing (110) into the stopping member (110). When the bolt (120) is extended, a set of first latching members (121) are extended laterally from the bolt (121) and abuts a front face (111) of the housing. Thereby, a force applied to the end of the bolt (120) is transferred through the set of first latching members (121) to the housing (110) rather than to the mechanism within the locking assembly (100). A set of second latching members (131) may be extended laterally into engagement with an interior surface (210) of the stopping member (200) in order to transfer part of the longitudinal force to the stopping member (200). The latching members (121, 131) are retracted into the bolt (120) when the bolt (120) is retracted into the housing (110). A cylindrical embodiment of the housing (110) and/or stopping member (200) can be installed in a drilled bore, thereby eliminating the need for milling or manually carving a rectangular recess and facilitating post installation of an extra security lock. A rectangular embodiment of the locking assembly (100) according to the invention can replace an existing assembly, or, for example, be installed in a new door 10 having a prefabricated recess for a rectangular locking assembly.
