Abstract:
The object of the invention is the anchor for easy installation of windows or doors in buildings and method of installation of windows or doors in buildings with the use of such anchors. The anchor is a bolt (1) with screwed onto it the nut (2). The screw I has a hook (3) at one end to fix anchor to the window frame (5), while the nut (2) has on its end the ground plate (4) to fix to the wall (6). The hook (3) is connected to the screw (1) pivotally and also pivotally the ground plate (4) is connected to the nut. The bolt I has surfaces (7) for a wrench and also the nut has surfaces (8) for a wrench. Method of installation of windows or doors in buildings is carried out as follows: on the window frame (5), at least on one side of the window are fixed anchors in such a way that hook (3) of a bolt (1) is jammed in the frame (5). Onto the bolt (1) is screw the nut (2) with the ground plate (4). First, manually the bolt is screw in or out (1) onto the nut (2), while adjusting the length of the anchor so that it is easy to insert the window into the hole in the wall (6). Then a window is set vertically and horizontally, and the frame (5) is jammed in the hole in the wall (6) by increasing the length of the anchor, which is achieved by turning the screw (1)or the nut (2) - surfaces (7) on the bolt (1) are used in that case or surfaces (8) on the nut, which allow to use a wrench. The screw (1) is rotated both in the nut (2) and in the hook (3) fixing it to the frame (5). Similarly, the nut (2) rotates in a ground plate (4), by which the anchor pushes the side (6) of the window or door hole.
Abstract:
A fastener device for adjustably fitting a frame (3) into an opening (2) in a wall (1) includes a sleeve (15) that has an external screw thread (171) for engagement with a corresponding internal screw thread (171, 171') on the frame (3). The sleeve (15) includes a fastener driving means (40) by means of which the sleeve can be rotated with the aid of a tool engaging the means (40). The outer end of the sleeve is provided with a support element (70) with which the sleeve (15) supports against an edge surface (7) of the wall opening. The support element (70) is intended to be dogged by the sleeve (15) in both directions of the sleeve axis. The support element (70) is mounted for rotation around the sleeve axis and is also mounted to enable it to be positioned obliquely in relation to a plane normal to the sleeve axis.
Abstract:
The herein described invention is a window installation apparatus comprising of at least one wedge-shaped distance piece. The apparatus according to the invention comprises a body (1) connected in a sliding manner to a clamp (3) between which an expansion unit is positioned, comprising at least one wedge (6) and a lead screw (9) connected by means of a threaded connection with an opening (12) of the wedge (6), wherein the body ( 1) has protrusions (2) positioned at its opposite sides, lateral rails (5) mating with brackets (4) of the clamp (3) and an opening (10) in a rest wall (11) for the lead screw (9), while the outer walls (7) of the wedge (6) and the inner walls (8) of the body (1) and the clamp (3) converge downward at the same angle.
Abstract:
The invention is related to supporting means of window and/or door frames in an insulating layer in a wall opening of a building, in particular for supporting frames of windows and/or doors in an adjustable manner by means of a bracket device being made of a material having a particularly low thermal conductivity coefficient and providing possibility to adjust position of a window and/or a door during their operation, wherein the bracket device is designed to support a window and/or door in an opening of a wall insulating construction of a building. The bracket device consists of the fiberglass bar (4), which is mounted on the load carrying construction (1) of a wall by securing it with fasteners (6), where thermal conductivity of said fiberglass material is 0.32 W/mK, the support leg (5) made of the fiberglass material, which is used when the bar (4) has to project into the insulation layer (2) zone at a greater length and which is fixed to the bar (4) using rivets (10), the threaded element (7) for adjusting distance between the bar (4) and a window frame (11) which is accessed when mounting woks is done from the mounting side of a window, a nut (8) for securing a position of the threaded element (7), the bridge (9) on which a window and /or door frame (11) is positioned and which is secured to a frame (11) with cover screws (14). Otherwise, the distance between frame (11) and the bar (4) is regulated with the special threaded element (16), which position is adjustable with a key (18) through a hole (17) in a frame (11) and doesn't change with respect to a bridge (9), but is moving perpendicularly with respect to the bar (4). The special threaded element (16) is fixed with a washer (15).
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a mounting device for making a mounting of a window or a door (12) easy in an opening (3) in a wall (4), said mounting device (1) comprises at least two elongated guide rails (5), which are intended during the mounting procedure to point in a direction (7) towards and across the extension area (21) of the window or the door (12), the front portions (6) of the guide rails (5) are intended to be anchored to a frame (2) of the window or the door (12) in order to fasten said frame (2) and each of said guide rails (5) comprise along the same in the direction (7) a movable fastening portion (8) for attachment to the wall (4) and for alignment of said frame (2) into said opening (3) to a predetermined position for its attachment. A number of frame sleeves (9) are screwed into pre-drilled holes (10) in the frame (2) during the mounting process in order to create protruding portions (13) in a space (27) between the wall (4) and the frame (2) constituting anchoring points for anchoring the front portions (6) of the guide rails (5), said protruding portions (13) are adjustable in order to support against the edge side (15) of the wall (4) after said alignment of the frame (2).
