Abstract:
Abstract:
A method and machine for producing fresh and cool air, dew drinking water, hot air for the dryer, hot water for bathing or other purposes using an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly multipurpose air conditioning as a generator of dew drinking water, hot water and dryer. Mixture of fresh outdoor air and returned air from the rooms passed to the evaporator coils to condense the moisture from the air to produce pure and fresh dew drinking water and cool fresh air, where the air is then flown back into the room. Municipal water or other water then dip the hot discharge line to sub cool the refrigerant before entering the condenser thus saving energy and at the same time produce hot water that can be used for bathing or other purposes. Hot air coming from air-cooled condensers can be used as a dryer.
Abstract:
The insert for the prevention of the return of odours from air ventilation pipes in accordance with the invention, is fitted inside ventilation pipe using two springs (9) that are screwed onto the front ring (3).It's compact and it consists of the front (3) and back (4) ring tightly fitted onto the pipe (2). Rubber membrane (5) is fitted with screws using fitting (7) to the top part of the insert, and it completely covers pipe (2) hole, and has thin plastic lid glued onto it. Rubber membrane (5) has larger diameter than the pipe (2) diameter while diameter of the plastic lid (6) has smaller diameter than pipe (2) diameter, providing better closure of the pipe hole, which prevents circulation of air from ventilation pipe (10) into the room.
Abstract:
A fire clamper blade (5) of a circular shape and having a seal (6) adapted about its perimeter for sealing the damper blade under normal operating conditions and the blade further having adapted about its perimeter an outer rim seal of intumescent seal material (7) for establishing a leakproof seal under a fire condition. The invention is implemented by way of having the intumescent seal material (7) protected by a refractory seal material (8) placed over the intumescent seal material (7) so as to substantially cover the entire perimeter of the damper blade (5).
Abstract:
A smoke damper is disclosed comprising a substantially rectangular frame installable in a ventilation air duct, the frame having pivotally mounted thereon at least one rotatable slat (2), the slat(s) being rotatable with the help of a separate mechanism by about 90° between an open position and a closed position, the slat having a first long edge (2') and second long edge (2") as the opposite slat edge relative to the first edge, and the slat further having attached thereto an elastic seal (3) and an intumescent sealant (4), whereby the elastic sealant (4) is attached at least onto the first long edge (2') of the slat so as to extend substantially over the entire length of the slat edge. The invention is implemented by way of attaching the intumescent sealant (4) at least onto the second edge (2") of at least one slat (2) so as to extend substantially over the entire length of the slat edge and that the intumescent sealant (4) is covered by a continuous-section strip (7) capable of moving outward from said long slat edge under the swelling action of the intumescent sealant.
Abstract:
An air damper assembly for an air duct having an interior wall and an exterior wall is provided. The air damper assembly includes a damper plate having a periphery and multiple teeth spaced at least partially around and extending from the periphery. The multiple teeth vary in length from a maximum to a minimum over a span of approximately 90 degrees around the periphery. The air damper assembly further includes an axle assembly fixedly coupled to the damper plate and rotatably coupled to the air duct. Rotation of the axle assembly causes the damper plate to rotate within the air duct between a fully open position and a fully closed position to increase or decrease a flow of fluid through the air duct.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a detachable and removable discharge part variable air volume linear diffuser constructed on a ceiling having a plurality of carrying bars mounted thereon and a pair of fixing clips fitted to each carrying bar in a longitudinal direction of the carrying bar, the linear diffuser including: an adapter locked to the pair of fixing clips on both sides thereof in such a manner as to be coupled to the underside of the carrying bar and having coupling portions formed on the lower portion thereof; a plurality of discharge bars coupled to the coupling portions of the adapter in such a manner as to be spaced apart from each other to form discharge holes penetrated up and down; sealing members made of soft materials and coupled to the top surface of the discharge bars in longitudinal directions of the discharge bars; a chamber coupled to the discharge bars in such a manner as to be brought into contact with the sealing members and having an inlet formed on one side thereof to introduce air whose temperature is controlled thereinto, an outlet formed on the other side facing the discharge bars to discharge the air introduced into the inlet therefrom, and partitioning members disposed on the outlet to partition the outlet into a plurality of portions corresponding to the discharge holes; and opening/closing blades hinge-coupled to the partitioning members to open and close the partitioned outlet.
Abstract:
A damper is provided for an airflow duct, comprising: a tubular housing, having a first end and a second end, forming a passageway through said housing along a longitudinal first axis (z), said first end further comprising a flange extending radially inward from said first end, and a damper element, linearly moveable along said first axis (z) between a first position, where said damper element sealingly engages with said flange, and a second position, where said damper element is spaced apart from and closingly oriented within said passageway in a plane substantially parallel to said flange. The damper element is pivotably movable about a central second axis (x) that is perpendicular to said first axis (z), between said second position and a third position, where said damper element is openly oriented so as to permit fluid flow through said passageway. The damper comprises an actuator, operatively coupled to said damper element, comprising an axle, arranged coaxially with and pivotably movable about said second axis (x) within said passageway, at least one first biasing member, adapted to urge said damper element towards said second position, when between said first and second position, and at least one second biasing member, adapted to urge said damper element towards said second position, when between said third and second position.
Abstract:
A ventilator includes elongate sections (24, 30) at least partly defining an upper control chamber (112) and a lower main flow chamber (40). The chambers (112, 40) may be isolated from one another by a seal (50) when a closure member (44) of the ventilator is closed to avoid water leakage into end caps of the ventilator.
