Abstract: The present invention relates to a display frame 12 comprising a mounting frame 20 and a concealing frame 40. The mounting frame 20 is fixed to a wall or other support surface and includes fastening means in order for the display sheet 14 to be fastened within the display system 10. The concealing frame 40 is arranged to locate over the mounting frame 20. In particular, the concealing frame 40 is arranged to conceal the mechanism of the mounting frame 20 and also to conceal the edges of the display sheet 14. Accordingly, the concealing frame 40 provides a desirable neat and tidy surround for the display sheet 14. The present invention enables the concealing frame 40 to be moved relative to the mounting frame 20 in a vertical direction 11 (along a first axis) and also in a horizontal direction 15 (along a second axis). A combination of these two orthogonal or perpendicular linear movements thereby enables the concealing frame 40 to be positioned within any particular position (i.e. it effectively allows radial movement) relative to the mounting frame 20 and is only restricted by the limits of the vertical and horizontal adjustment.

Abstract: A system and method of covering a bollard with removable advertising. The bollard cover is characterized by a sock that has graphics printed on it which has a retention mechanism near an open end to releasably couple the sock to the bollard. Preferably the sock is made of a flexible, stretchable fabric and the retention mechanism is made of elastic. In a preferred embodiment, the fabric sock is longer than the bollard is tall and is made of flexible material that stretches in both directions. When the fabric sock is used in combination with a rigid sleeve over the bollard, the excess sock is caught between the sleeve and the bollard such that, as the sleeve and sock are pushed down over the bollard, the sock is tightened, presenting a smooth graphic design that looks as if it is painted on the bollard.
