Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Darstellung von Text auf einem Wiedergabe- Display (19) unter Verwendung einer Abfolge folgender Schritte beim Erfassen des Textes: - Erstellen oder Erhalten eines Textfensters (16) enthaltend einen Text mit Schriftzeichen, die mittels Trennzeichen voneinander getrennt sind, - Identifizieren jedes im Textfenster enthaltenen Wortes mittels der Trennzeichen und Speichern des Wortes als Wort-Bitmap Image in einem Composite Bitmap Image, - Speichern einer Quellbeschreibungsdatei, die für jedes Wort-Bitmap Image eine Wort-ID, mit der jedes Wort in dem Composite Bitmap Image referenziert wird, eine zugeordnete Framegröße und seine Position in dem Composite Bitmap Image umfasst, wobei der Zugriff auf jede Wort-Bitmap über die Wort-ID gesteuert wird, - Erstellen einer Zielbeschreibungsdatei, welche die Wort-ID und die Zielposition jeder Wortbitmap im Wiedergabefenster enthält, so dass die Wiedergabe des Textes im Wiedergabefenster in genau gleicher Weise wie im Textfenster erfolgt, und einer Abfolge folgender Schritte beim Wiedergeben des Textes in einem Wiedergabefenster (18): Verwenden der Daten aus der Quellbeschreibungsdatei und Zielbeschreibungsdatei zum Aufbau einer Wiedergabebitmap aus den in dem Composite Bitmap Image gespeicherten Wort-Bitmap Images, - Ermitteln der Größe des Wiedergabefensters, - Skalieren der Wiedergabebitmap auf die Größe des Wiedergabefensters und - Anzeige der skalierten Wiedergabebitmap im Wiedergabefenster (18).

The method comprises: obtaining the display color value of a character; obtaining the background color value of a character on the basis of the position of the character, and obtaining the difference between the display color value and the background color value; obtaining the outline of the character when the difference is less than the preset threshold; and, displaying the character having the outline. By means of this invention, characters can be displayed clearly against a background without having to change the color of the character or background.

A character that occurs in first and second occurrences is selected, where the first occurrence of the character is a reference character and the second occurrence of the character as a rotatable character. The rotational orientation of the rotatable character is altered to produce an altered character with a predetermined rotation with respect to the reference character, wherein the rotation represents the embedded covert data. A text document is formatted based on the altered character.
