Abstract:
A user interface implemented on a touch-sensitive display for a virtual musical instrument comprising a plurality of chord touch regions configured in a predetermined sequence, each chord touch region corresponding to a chord in a musical key and being divided into a plurality of separate touch zones, the plurality of chord touch regions defining a predetermined set of chords, where each of the plurality of separate touch zones in each region is associated with one or more preselected MIDI files stored in a computer-readable medium. Each of the plurality of touch zones is configured to detect one or more of a plurality of touch gesture articulations including at least one of a legato articulation, a pizzicato articulation, or a staccato articulation. The one or more of the plurality of touch gesture articulations determines the preselected MIDI file associated with each of the plurality of separate touch zones.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for creating musical content using a client terminal, and more specifically relates to a system for creating musical content using a client terminal, wherein diverse musical information such as a desired lyric and musical scale, duration and singing technique is input from an online or cloud computer, an embedded terminal or other such client terminal by means of technology for generating musical vocal content by using computer speech synthesis technology, and then speech in which cadence is expressed in accordance with the musical scale is synthesised as speech run by being produced for the applicable duration and is transmitted to the client terminal.
Abstract:
The present document relates to a rhythm action game and in particular, to a rhythm action game using a terminal which is operated with a keypad. The rhythm action game disclosed in the present document is characterised in that a user can determine a game mode by selecting the number of keys used to match a note image during the game, and thus determine the difficulty of the game. It is also characterised in that it can inform the user of the results of thegame for each note not only by means of images but also vibrations. In addition, by providing sync information depending on the type of terminal, it can synchronising the playing of music with the outoutting of images.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for automatic generation of melodies where from one step to a following a new parameter value is generated that is sent to a unit emitting sound. The parameters comprise a new note pitch, a new window width, a life span for the window width, a window offset and a life span for the window offset. The new note pitch is selected according to a given probability distribution within the interval of note pitches given by the note pitch in a previous step, the window width and the window offset.
Abstract:
A music composing device includes a user interface for receiving a melody from a user, a melody generator for generating a melody file corresponding to the received melody, a harmony accompaniment generator for generating a harmony accompaniment file suitable for the melody through analysis of the melody file, and a music generator for generating a music file by synthesizing the melody file and the harmony accompaniment file.
Abstract:
Describes a mobile communication device (1, 20, 55, 111, 150, 200, 220, 335) having musical instrument (percussion, keyboards, string and blow) function, which "can be scrapped onto the user's body through an adjustable elastic belt (151 ). It is also able to receive commands from a remote sensor (4, 70, 75, 160, 210, 257, 392,412), which has a musical instrument interface (percussion, keyboards, string and blow), preferably scrapped onto the user's body by means of an adjustable elastic belt (151). A sound system (6) or an audio/video equipment might receive audio and/or video from the mobile communication device (1, 20, 55, 111, 150, 200, 220, 335) through an adapter (5, 56, 63, 68). The use of this device is intended to be an occupational therapy, satisfying, entertaining and relaxing for the user, which will provide user's mental and physical health benefits. Its technical classification is under "electronics".
Abstract:
Systems and methods for creating, modifying, interacting with and playing music are provided, preferably employing a top-down process, where the user is provided with a musical composition that may be modified and interacted with and played and/or stored (for later play). The system preferably is provided in a handheld form factor, and a graphical display is provided to display status information, graphical representations of musical lanes or components which preferably vary in shape as musical parameters and the like are changed for particular instruments or musical components such as a microphone input or audio samples.
Abstract:
A musical sequence is formed on the keypad of a handheld electronic device. The numbered keys on the keypad of the handheld device are mapped directly to corresponding notes in an octave. The sequence of musical notes is entered by depressing at least one numbered key on the keypad and displaying a numerical representation of the sequence on the display screen of the handheld device.
