摘要: Patterned fibrous substrates having a plurality of individual fibers, a first region, and a second region are provided. The patterned fibrous substrates have a plurality of individual fibers of the first region having a first diameter and a plurality of individual fibers of the second region have a second diameter, wherein the first diameter is less than the second diameter. The individual fibers of the first region and the individual fibers of the second region are substantially free of bonds, other than primary bonds. The first region has a first C.I.E. L* score, and the second region has a second C.I.E. L* score, according to the Color Test Method. The first C.I.E. L* score is different than the second C.I.E. L* score.

摘要: A washable moisture absorbent bra for lactating persons is provided that is simple to manufacture, may have improved absorbency and moisture barrier properties, may be more comfortable and enable more freedom of movement, and is environmentally friendly. The bra comprises: first and second cup portions defined by inner and outer layers, the inner layer positioned against the breast of the lactating person when used; and first and second inserts positioned intermediate the inner and outer layers in the first and second cup portions. The inserts comprise a moisture absorbent inner portion, and an outer moisture barrier bonded to the absorbent inner portion. The first and second inserts are provided in central parts of the first and second cup portions such that an insert-free portion is defined between an edge of the first and second inserts and an edge of the first and second cup portions.

摘要: An absorbent article having a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core, and an outer cover material or a landing zone having an embossed pattern is provided. A garment-facing surface of the backsheet has one or more graphics. A portion of the embossed pattern overlaps a portion of the graphics. The portion of the graphics exhibits a first L*, a*, b* color value, when measured through a densified region of the embossed pattern. The portion of the one or more graphics exhibits a second, different L*, a*, b* color value, when measured through a non-densified region of the outer cover material. The garment-facing surface of the backsheet has a graphic-free area of about 5% to about 85%. The embossed pattern forms at least one and less than 40 recognizable, discrete indicia.
