摘要: 一种金属过氧化物复合可注射水凝胶及其制备方法和应用。以改性高分子聚合物、金属过氧化物和过氧化物酶溶解于溶剂中,混匀静置制备水凝胶;其中,改性高分子聚合物为接枝酚羟基基团的高分子聚合物。以金属过氧化物在过氧化物酶的作用下诱导改性高分子聚合物快速交联制备水凝胶,该水凝胶具有良好的光热性能、抗菌性、组织粘附性、促成骨作用以及形状适应性和可注射性,可以很好的适应不规则的骨缺损区域,并且通过多种功能的协同作用用于肿瘤术后缺损的修复并有效防止肿瘤复发和减少植入材料感染的可能性。

摘要: The present invention provides drug release system embedded nerve guidance conduits (NGC) devices. The devices improve nerve regeneration performance by providing long-term release of growth factors. The devices comprise intermediate cavities introduced along a length of a multi-channel NGC that act as relays to enhance regenerative cell concentrations or growth factor delivery to improve regeneration performance. In some embodiments, the devices target peripheral nerve injury treatments.

摘要: 一种用于牙种植体的促进细胞迁移的抗菌涂层,所述涂层为多肽单层膜接枝马来海松酸季铵盐,所述接枝率为5~7%;所述涂层的接触角为60~70°,所述涂层对大肠杆菌的的抗菌率为86~91%,所述涂层对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为92~98%。利用碱性条件下胶原多肽单层膜上面的伯氨基与马来海松酸季铵盐上的羧基进行接枝,从而将季铵盐本身含有的功能基团引入到胶原多肽单层膜中,使得胶原多肽的抗菌能得到改善,且马来海松酸季铵盐还具有抗病原体攻击性能,接枝马来海松酸季铵盐可促进细胞迁移,使其更适用于牙种植体材料。

摘要: Aortic valve stenosis (AS) also called also called Calcific aortic valve disease (CAVD), is the most frequent valvular heart disease in Europe and affects more than 1 in 4 people over 65 years old. AS progression from fibrotic thickening to valvular leaflets calcification leads to heart failure development and eventually to death within 2 to 5 years after symptoms occurrence. The inventors now show that EZH2 inhibition with GSK-126 and GSK-343 directly regulates monocyte and Ml toward M2 macrophage differentiation, reducing VIC deactivation and osteoblastic transition and thus represents an attractive therapeutic target to prevent AS progression. Therefore, the present invention relates to use of EZH2 inhibitors for the treatment of aortic valve stenosis.

摘要: 光固化成型复合水凝胶基质前驱体及其制备方法和带有其的支架。光固化成型复合水凝胶基质前驱体包括甲基丙烯酰化明胶;海藻酸钠;羧甲基纤维素钠;硫酸软骨素;其中,光引发剂:甲基丙烯酰化明胶:海藻酸钠:羧甲基纤维素钠:硫酸软骨素的质量比为0.2~0.3:8~10:1~3:0.6~0.8:0.05~0.07。所述光固化成型复合水凝胶基质前驱体采用挤出式3D生物打印技术可以实现载细胞打印水凝胶支架,支架的形态可控、成型性好、精度高,具有较好的稳定性;具有较好的生物相容性和生物活性,能够为成纤维细胞提供生长的良好环境;制备过程简单,可以在短时间内完成,通过调整原料比例来调节3D打印水凝胶支架的孔隙率以及力学性能。
