摘要: A reactor for the polymerization of olefins comprising a first inlet for introducing a first stream comprising monomer(s), catalyst(s) and optionally hydrogen, solvent or comonomer(s) and/or mixtures thereof, at least one outlet for withdrawing a product stream, characterized in that the reactor further comprises at least one second inlet for introducing a second stream comprising monomer(s), catalyst(s) and optionally hydrogen, solvent or comonomer(s) and/or mixtures thereof; and a process for polymerizing olefins in a reactor according to the present invention, comprising the steps of introducing monomer(s), catalyst(s), and optionally hydrogen, solvent or comonomer(s) and/or mixtures thereof as the first stream via the first inlet into the reactor forming a reaction mixture; polymerizing a polymer from the reaction mixture; withdrawing the product stream via the at least one outlet from the reactor; characterized in that the process comprises a further step of introducing a second stream comprising monomer(s), catalyst(s), and optionally hydrogen, solvent or comonomer(s) and/or mixtures thereof into the reactor via the at least one second inlet into the reactor.

摘要: 一种用于均三甲苯生产的硝化装置,包括装置壳体,装置壳体顶部的中间处固定安装有电机,电机两侧的装置壳体顶部分别开设有硝化物入口和混酸入口,装置壳体的内部开设有硝化空腔和散热空腔,硝化空腔内部的中间位置处转动安装有转板,转板的圆周面固定安装有转杆,转杆一侧的硝化空腔内部转动安装有十字搅拌桨,十字搅拌桨的侧面固定安装有连接杆。本发明通过设有一系列的搅拌结构以及利用旋转的惯性启动加热电阻丝,不仅能够有效的增加搅拌接触面积,更能够将混合剂加热至适宜硝化反应的温度,增加硝化效果,提高硝化效率,通过在加热的同时实现高温的同步传递、冷却以及散热,能够使得硝化空腔的内部始终保持着适宜硝化反应的温度。

摘要: A method of flaking nano-platelets from particles of a laminar material is provided. The method comprises steps of providing a suspension of the particles of the laminar material in a liquid; and forming a flow with toroidal vortices in the suspension of the particles such that the particles are exposed to alternating flow velocities and alternating pressures. A method of separating a mixture of graphite and nano-platelets including graphene is also provided. A method of aligning nano-platelets in a suspension is also provided.

摘要: 本发明提供了一种PX生产PTA的内置微界面机组强化反应系统及工艺,该系统包括:反应器和设置在所述反应器内部的微界面机组;其中,所述反应器包括外壳、同心设置在所述外壳内部的内筒以及部分设置在所述外壳外部的循环换热装置,所述内筒的底端封闭的连接在所述外壳的内底面上、顶端开放,所述外壳与所述内筒之间的区域为第一反应区,所述内筒内部自上向下依次为第二反应区和第三反应区,所述循环换热装置分别与所述内筒和所述微界面机组相连。本发明有效地解决了现有的PX生产PTA过程中反应溶剂醋酸在高温高压下被大量浪费,同时不能及时地取出产品TA的问题,进而大大地降低了能耗、节省了醋酸溶剂、提升了反应效率。

摘要: Chemical reactor with high speed rotary mixing, system thereof, and method thereof, for catalytic thermal conversion of organic (hydrocarbon-containing) materials (coal, plastics, rubber, plant matter, wood shavings, biomass, organic wastes) into diesel and other liquid fuels (automobile or/and jet engine fuels). Chemical reactor includes: integrated combination of a reactor stationary assembly (RSA), having only stationary components remaining stationary during chemical reactor operation, and a reactor rotary mixing assembly (KRMA), having only rotatable components rotating during chemical reactor operation. May include anti-abrasion shield for shielding inner surface of reactor central housing from abrasion during chemical reactor operation. Rotor may include a reinforcement disc. Rotor blades or/and reinforcement disc may include rotor-based performance and process control structural features (openings, or/and protmsions, or/and depressions), for additionally controlling performance of the rotor.
