The system comprises a plurality of independently operable process chambers each configured to accommodate a given number of carriers, where each carrier may hold a set of independently biased substrates. Further, each process chamber may be configured to execute one or more steps in one or more processes performed on each set of substrates.     摘要: The present invention relates to a resin composition coater for a glass fiber sheet which forms a resin layer by impregnating the glass fiber sheet with a resin composition and then performing UV curing. The resin composition coater for a glass fiber sheet according to the present invention includes a vacuum impregnator and a UV curer. The vacuum impregnator provides a vacuum environment, receives and stores a resin composition supplied from a mixing basin, and allows a glass fiber sheet of a roll type to be impregnated with the resin composition in the vacuum environment. The UV curer receives the glass fiber sheet coated with the resin composition from the vacuum impregnator, attaches release sheets to both surfaces of the glass fiber sheet, and irradiates the glass fiber sheet with UV rays while transporting the glass fiber sheet upward in the vertical direction.
