An apparatus for cutting a profile, including: a cutter configured to make cuts on the profile having a first surface and a second surface, and having at least one rib on the first surface, wherein the cuts are made on the first surface of the profile; a first drive unit to drive the cutter forward and backward to and from the first surface of the profile; and a second drive unit to drive the cutter up and down along the first surface of the profile.
Abstract:
A hand tool with a mechanical linear drive mechanism coupled to a linear activated working implement. The drive mechanism includes a roller screw that includes a torque tube connected to a roller screw's nut body. The roller screw includes a fixed outer race, a rotating set of grooved rollers axially aligned inside the outer race, a cylindrical nut body located inside the set of grooved roller, a plurality of inner rollers axially aligned and inside the nut body, a threaded shaft axially aligned and inside the inner rollers, and a torque tube axially aligned inside the inner rollers. The torque tube is connected at one end to a multiple speed gear box which includes a primary motor coupled to a earner gear with three planet gears. Disposed around the planet gears is a ring gear. Coupled to the ring gear is a secondary motor which when activated causes the ring gear to rotate in the opposite direction of the planet gears. At least one sensor measures the rotation of an elastomeric ring and control activation of the secondary motor to change the operational speed of the tool.

A cutting tool attachment for a power tool is freely rotatable about an end of the power tool. A fence provides a complementary flat surface area for the cutting tool attachment to rest against a surface of the material to be cut. The fence prevents free rotation of the cutting tool attachment while in use. A handle allows a user to guide the attachment along the surface of the material, while also providing leverage to keep the attachment against the material surface close to the attachment, but at a safe position to reduce the chance of injury. A user can rotate the power tool relative to the cutting attachment to achieve a comfortable position or to help turn the attachment and power tool. The power tool is therefore positionable along a 360 arc of movement relative to the attachment while the attachment is positioned along the surface of a material.

본 발명에 따른 판재 절단 장치는 대향하는 방향으로 서로 이격되게 설치되되 상호 연동하여 회전하는 한 쌍의 회전체, 한 쌍의 회전체의 중심부를 관통하도록 설치되며 판재가 통과 가능하도록 관통 슬릿이 형성되는 지지 홀더, 및 지지 홀더의 외측에 설치되며 한 쌍의 회전체에 의해 양단이 지지된 채로 회전체와 함께 회전하여 판재를 절단하는 절단부재를 포함한다. 이에 따라 본 발명에 따른 판재 절단 장치는 다양한 절단면 형상으로 판재를 절단할 수 있으면서도 절단 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Werkzeugmaschine, insbesondere eine Rohrpresse, enthaltend einen Antrieb, eine Getriebevorrichtung, einen Gewindespindeltrieb und einen Linearaktuator, wobei ein von dem Antrieb erzeugtes Drehmoment über die Getriebevorrichtung, den Gewindespindeltrieb auf den Linearaktuator übertragbar ist. Die Werkzeugmaschine enthält eine Kopplungsvorrichtung zur Übertragung einer von der Getriebevorrichtung erzeugten Drehbewegung in eine auf den Gewindespindeltrieb zu übertragende Linearbewegung von der Getriebevorrichtung zum Gewindespindeltrieb, wobei wenigstens ein Federelement zur Reduzierung einer auf die Kopplungsvorrichtung einwirkenden Torsion enthalten ist.
