摘要: The invention concerns a feed and discharge device for a board press. The device consists of two conveyor units, which are placed side by side, which are narrow as compared with the width of the press, and which can be run into the opened press gap from opposite directions perpendicular to the direction of travel of the board (1) to be treated and which can be removed out of said gap by means of return movements of opposite directions. The conveyor units consist of a transfer base (3a) that receives the boards to be pressed as well as of a grasping-transfer member (3b) placed underneath said base (3a). The grasping-transfer members are arranged to be placed into contact with the pressed board (1) so as to raise the board off the lower heated plate (2b) of the press. By means of the operating movements of the transfer bases and of the grasping-transfer members, respectively, the pressed board can be removed out of the press and, in a corresponding way, a fresh board can be received as simultaneous operations.

摘要: A loading device for a plate press, comprising two loading supports (3A, 3B) which can be displaced perpendicular to the direction of conveyance. Each loading support (3A, 3B) has at least one holding device with a conveyor belt (4) in the direction of travel. The workpiece (8) which is to be processed is placed on the upper trunk of the conveyor belt which is also used to deposit the workpiece (9) in or on the press. The conveyor belt (4) is moved in such a way that the relative speed of the upper trunk in relation to the on-lying workpiece (8) is equal to 0 for all states of movement of the assigned loading supports (3A, 3B) . As a result no relative friction occurs between the conveyor belt (4) and the on-lying workpieces (8). It is thus possible to place the workpiece (8) on the press in an extremely precise manner.

摘要: A device at multi-platen presses (11) which with a loading elevator (12) by means of a pusher (14) simultaneously transfers a number of transport plates (15) loaded with stampings (17) to the press (11) which after the press operations are unloaded by means of an extractor (16) to an unloading elevator (13). The purpose is to prevent breakdowns and to automize the pushing-in and unloading of the transport plates, whereby it shall be able to stop the pushing-in or the unloading. These tasks have been solved in that the pusher (14) and/or the extractor (16) are provided with said means (22, 29), shaped as sensors of a number at least corresponding to the number of transport plates (15), which sensors are arranged to sense every separate transport plate regarding its pushing-in and withdrawal resistance resp., and that each sensor (22, 29) is arranged to activate an alarm device and/or a stop device, which stops the continued movement of the pusher or the extractor resp. when a certain force maximum is exceeded.
