摘要: Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Polymercompositplatte (10) aus Kunststoffabfall, bei welchem der Kunststoffabfall in einem Schmelzkneteschritt in einem Extruder (20) zu einer Schmelze verarbeitet wird, die Schmelze in einen Injektor (30) eingeleitet wird und vom Injektor (30) unter Druck in eine Kavität (41) einer geschlossenen Gussform (40) eingespritzt wird, um eine Platte zu bilden, ist es vorgesehen, dass die Schmelze aus einem rieselfähigen Agglomerat und einem Treibmittel gebildet wird, wobei das rieselfähige Agglomerat aus unsortiertem Misch-Kunststoffabfall hergestellt ist, und dass die Schmelze über eine Einspritzdüse (50) entlang einer Stirnseite der Kavität (41) in die geschlossene Gussform (40) eingebracht wird, in welcher die Schmelze zu einer geschäumten Kernschicht (12) der Polymercompositplatte (10) aufschäumt und abkühlt.
