摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines polymeren, insbesondere thermoplastischen Fenster- oder Tür-Hohlkammerprofils (1), wobei das mindestens eine Hohlkammer (2, 2') aufweisende Hohlkammerprofil (1) mit Hilfe eines Strangproduktionsprozesses (3) hergestellt wird, wobei während dieses Strangproduktionsprozesses (3) in die polymere Matrix (4) des Hohlkammerprofils (1) endlose Verstärkungsfasern (5) integriert werden, und wobei der Strangproduktionsprozess (3) zur Herstellung mindestens eines endlos faserverstärkten, mindestens eine Hohlkammer (2) aufweisenden Kernprofils (10) des Hohlkammerprofils (1) dient und das Kernprofil (10) zur Verbesserung der Oberflächengüte des Hohlkammerprofils (1) mit einer vorzugsweise extrudierten äußeren Beschichtung (12) versehen wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden mittels des Strangproduktionsprozesses (3) mindestens zwei separate Kernprofile (10, 10') hergestellt und zur Herstellung des Hohlkammerprofils (1) von der äußeren Beschichtung (12) gemeinsam überzogen.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a composite structure comprising at least one reinforced polymer layer comprising a reinforcing material; a layer comprising a metal substrate comprising a surface and a conformal organic coating present on at least a portion of the surface; wherein the layer comprising the metal substrate is in direct contact with the reinforced polymer layer, and the reinforcing material is more noble than the metal substrate. Also disclosed is a method of making a composite structure, a surfacing film, and a test method for evaluating the galvanic corrosion resistance of a metal substrate test piece.

摘要: A method of making a wind turbine blade shear web. The method comprises providing a shear web mould. The shear web mould has a longitudinally-extending main surface shaped to form a main panel of the shear web, and first and second longitudinally extending side surfaces shaped to form respective first and second flange portions of the shear web. The method further comprises arranging one or more layers of fibrous material against the main surface and against the first and second side surfaces of the mould to form a layup that is generally C-shaped in cross-section. The method further comprises arranging a pre-cured return flange on the layup, providing uncured resin to the fibrous material of the layup and between the layup and the pre-cured return flange, and curing the uncured resin to co-bond the pre-cured return flange and the C-shaped layup.

摘要: A T-shaped assembly may have a central noodle to fill the void between its constituent parts. By placing pins on the surface of the noodle the connection between the parts penetrated and the noodle is enhanced and the strength of the assembly is increased. Such an assembly may be suitable for introducing out-of-plane loads to a composite panel for use as a rib or stiffener in an aircraft skin section. The noodle may be of unitary construction or comprise a plate having pins and a noodle body. The plate or noodle may be formed of Titanium and obtained by additive manufacturing.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a method of manufacturing a rotor blade component of a wind turbine is disclosed. The method includes placing at least one first pultruded member into a curved rotor blade component mold. More specifically, the first pultruded member includes at least one design characteristic configured to allow the first pultruded member to sit substantially flush against an inner surface of the curved rotor blade component mold. The method also includes placing at least one second pultruded member atop the at least one first pultruded member and infusing the first and second pultruded members together to form the rotor blade component.
