Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass der SchraubverschIuss (1) mindestens ein Zugelement (7; 7') aufweist, welches eine reine in Richtung der Längsachse (X) des Schraubverschlusses (1) achsiale Längsbewegung der Schraubkappe (2) zum Garantieband (6) zulässt und dass ein Schwenkelement, insbesondere eine Schwenkplatte (8), entweder mit dem Garantieband (6) fest aber schwenkbar verbunden ist, während das Schwenkelement, insbesondere die Schwenkplatte (8), mit der Schraubkappe (2) lösbar verbunden ist, oder das Schwenkelement, insbesondere die Schwenkplatte (8), mit der Schraubkappe (2) fest aber schwenkbar verbunden ist, während das Schwenkelement, insbesondere die Schwenkplatte (8), mit dem Garantieband (6) lösbar verbunden ist, wobei die Schwenkplatte (8) die zur Schwenkbewegung erforderliche Verformung zulässt.

摘要： A package includes a container and a closure. The container has an external thread formation on the neck portion and a circumferential bead. The closure includes a first and second closure portion. The first closure portion includes a top wall portion, a skirt portion, and first and second frangible connections. The first frangible connection extends around the closure circumference. The second frangible connection is spaced from the first frangible connection. At least a portion of the second frangible connection is located further from the top wall portion than a portion of the first frangible connection. The second frangible connection defines an area adapted to form a tab. The second closure portion includes a tamper-evident band. The closure is adapted to be opened by twisting to break the frangible connections and expose the tab and then flipping the first closure portion from the second closure portion via the exposed tab. The closure is adapted to be locked when flipped.

摘要： A container closure and methods are disclosed for providing visible evidence of removal of the closure from a container after installation by a manufacturer. The closure includes tamper evidence bridges comprising small tabs of material that extend from a bottom-most edge of the closure to a tamper evidence ledge of the container. The bridges break when the closure is rotated relative to the tamper evidence ledge, thereby providing readily visible evidence that the closure has been removed after installation by the manufacturer. In some embodiments, a tamper evidence closure engages with threads of a finish of the container. Cam locks around the perimeter of the tamper evidence closure are permanently flared by cams on the finish during loosening of the closure. Outward flaring of the cam locks provides a visual indication that the tamper evidence closure has been loosened after installation by a manufacturer.

The screw cap further comprises a predetermined breaking structure (309) along which the skirt and the tamper evident band are interconnected. The tamper evident band comprises a lip (322) extending at least in part circumferentially along the inner lateral surface of the tamper evident band's base and projects inwardly therefrom, wherein the lip comprises a hinge section (324) and a retaining surface (325), and wherein the lip is configured in such a way that, when the screw cap is initially applied to the fluid container, the lip is folded upward about the hinge section such that the retaining surface in an applied position of the screw cap is positioned underneath the retaining rim.
