A sheet processing apparatus (100) includes a plurality of roller pairs (110, 120, 130), a single driving force supply source (180), and a drive transmission mechanism (TP1, TP2). The plurality of roller pairs include a first roller pair (110), a second roller pair (120), and a third roller pair (130). The single driving force supply source supplies a driving force to the first roller pair, the second roller pair, and the third roller pair. The drive transmission mechanism transmits the driving force to the first roller pair and the second roller pair in a manner such that a rotation direction of the first roller pair is not switched even in a case in which a direction of the driving force is switched such that a rotation direction of the second roller pair is switched when the first roller pair and the second roller pair are driven by the driving force from the driving force supply source.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Falzwalze (1) zum Falzen von Papierbögen in einem Falzwerk (2) mit einem Walzenkern (11) und einer darauf aufgebrachten Beschichtung (10) aus einem Nitrilkautschuk. Verbesserte Betriebseigenschaften werden dadurch erhalten, dass als Nitrilkautschuk der Beschichtung (10) ein XNBR-Material gewählt ist.

There is a disclosure of a system which controls a folding unit performing folding processing to one set of sheets supplied by a print unit. The one set of sheets includes sheets of a first size and/or a second size which is smaller than the first size. The system includes a first controller and second controller. When the one set of sheets includes a sheet of the first size, the first controller inhibits the folding processing to a sheet of the second size. When the one set of sheets does not include a sheet of the first size but includes a sheet of the second size, the second controller permits the folding processing to a sheet of the second size.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'accumulation, notamment pour une ligne de fabrication en continu de plis courriers, qui permet d'accumuler simultanément les documents à mettre sous pli et leur enveloppe, de les plier simultanément pour obtenir un pli courrier fini en un seul passage. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que, dans l'étape d'accumulation, on empile les documents (1) à mettre sous pli, on fait avancer ces document (1) d'un pas prédéterminé (P), on empile l'enveloppe (2) recouvrant au moins partiellement les documents (1), et en ce que, dans l'étape d'évacuation, on évacue la combinaison formée par les documents (1) et l'enveloppe (2) empilés et décalés dudit pas prédéterminé (P) en direction d'une zone de pliage. Applications: Ligne de fabrication de plis courriers ou similaires.

A modular apparatus for processing printed sheets that are output from a high speed printer of a card processing system. The modular apparatus is capable of buffering or storing the sheets that are in progress in the printer when the system is stopped or paused, flips them so that they face upward, folds the sheets if necessary, and reorientates the sheets so that all sheets exit the module in the same orientation for further processing by the next module.
