摘要: 本发明属于海洋防污涂层技术领域,提供了一种防污涂料及其使用方法和应用。本发明防污涂料中的聚天门冬氨酸酯是一种含有仲胺结构的异氰酸酯固化剂,其结构中含有的酯基及脂肪族特性可以增加涂层的耐磨性,与A组份中的含多异氰酸酯的预聚体结合可以赋予防污涂料良好的韧性和弹性,使所形成的涂层具有极好的抗冲耐磨性。A组分中的羟丙基硅油型异氰酸酯预聚体引入了聚二甲基硅氧烷结构,聚二甲基硅氧烷结构可以与聚脲硬段产生微相分离作用迁移至涂层的表面,降低涂层表面能从而降低污损生物与界面的粘附力,迁移至底部的脲基结构和多余异氰酸酯基团可以通过氢键和化学键合增加涂层的附着力,保障其耐清洗耐磨性。

摘要: A composition for forming a release coating comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having an average of at least two carbinol functional groups per molecule. The organopolysiloxane (A) is present in the composition in an amount of from 50 to 99 wt. %based on the total weight of the composition. The composition further comprises (B) a polyisocyanate. The release coating formed with the composition is not a foam. A release coating formed with the composition is also disclosed. In addition, a method of preparing a coated substrate comprising a release coating disposed on a substrate, as well as the coated substrate formed in accordance with the method, are disclosed.

摘要: A composition for preparing a foam comprises (A) a polyol, (B) a pre-mixture comprising (B1) a silicone resin at least partially solubilized in (B2) a physical blowing agent capable of at least partially solubilizing the silicone resin (B1), (C) a polyisocyanate, and (D) a catalyst. The silicone resin (B1) includes at least 20 mol% (R 1 3SiO 1/2) siloxy units and at least 40 mol%of (SiO 4/2) siloxy units, each based on the total moles of siloxy units present in the silicone resin (B1), with the proviso that the combined amount of (R 1 3SiO 1/2) and (SiO 4/2) siloxy units is at least 85 mol%based on the total moles of siloxy units present in the silicone resin (B1), where each R1 is independently a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyl group.

摘要: A crosslinker composition is prepared from a reaction mixture including: (a) a prepolymer including a reaction product of a prepolymer mixture including: (i) a polyfunctional isocyanate; and (ii) a first compound comprising two or more active hydrogen groups, where the polyfunctional isocyanate and/or the first compound comprising two or more active hydrogen groups includes a greater than two functional isocyanate and/or active hydrogen groups, respectively; and (b) a polyfunctional hydrazide. The crosslinker composition is not self-crosslinkable. The crosslinker composition has an acid value of at least 15 based on total resin solids of the crosslinker composition.

摘要: Disclosed herein are methods for synthesizing oligomer mixtures with one or more moieties capable of forming a multi-hydrogen bonding dimer. The method comprises the steps of providing certain intermediate reaction products; adding a polyol component to the intermediate reaction product to yield an oligomer mixture comprising one or more multi-hydrogen bonding groups; and further reacting the mixture with certain isocyanate-reactive compounds to yield a multi-hydrogen bonding oligomer, wherein solvents comprise less than 50% of the total by weight of all reagents used in the synthesis of the multi-hydrogen bonding oligomer. Preferably, such methods involve no separation, distillation, or isolation of any intermediate product, and as such, they are particularly useful for a continuous or one-pot synthesis.

摘要: Disclosed herein are self-healing oligomers according to the structure [UPy – (Dm – U –Dm)(2+q)] – [A(G)(n-1) – Dm]k – Z; wherein UPy, D, m, U, q, A, G, n, k, and Z are defined and described further herein, and wherein the oligomer possesses at least 3 urethane linking groups and comprises a backbone derived from a polyether polyol, a polyester polyol, a poly(dimethylsiloxane), a disulfide polyol, or combinations thereof. Also described and claimed are various compositions containing such oligomers as part of a self-healing component, wherein such compositions also include an optional reactive monomer and/or oligomer component and a photoinitiator component. Yet further described and claimed are articles cured from the compositions elsewhere described using the oligomers elsewhere described.
