摘要: The present invention discloses a valorisation method of a flux containing undesired L-lactic acid (ester(s)) in the production process of D-polylactic acid, the production thereof comprising: oligomerisation (30) of a substantially pure D-lactic acid feed; cyclisation (40) of the lactic acid oligomers, thereby obtaining lactides and a first residual stream transferred, at least partially, to a transesterification (80) and a hydrolysis (90) step; lactide purification (50), thereby obtaining purified lactides comprising D-lactide and meso-lactide, a second and a third residual stream, wherein the second residual stream is transferred, at least partially, to the oligomerisation (30) step and the third residual stream is transferred, at least partially, to a transesterification (80) and a hydrolysis step (90); polymerisation (60) of the purified lactides into polylactic acid; purification (70) of the polylactic acid, thereby obtaining purified polylactic acid comprising substantially D-polylactic acid and unreacted D- lactide, unreacted meso-lactide and impurities transferred, at least partially, to the lactide purification step (50); transesterification (80) and hydrolysis (90) of the at least partially transferred first and third residual streams, thereby obtaining a fourth and a fifth residual stream which are used, at least partially, as a base for the synthesis of molecules insensitive to the optical isometry D or L of lactic acid (esters).

摘要: The disclosure relates to natural oil-based petrolatum compositions and a method of making the same. The natural oil-based petrolatum composition includes the esterification product of a pre-esterification mixture of: about 15 wt% to about 25 wt% a fatty acid dimer, about 15 wt% to about 25 wt% glycerin, and about 55 wt% to about 70 wt% hydrogenated natural oil, wherein the natural oil-based petrolatum product has an acid value of less than 5.0. Natural oil-based petrolatum compositions can be used in personal care products.

摘要: The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition for fishing gear, fishing gear comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the fishing gear. More specifically, the biodegradable resin composition for fishing gear according to the present invention is obtained by mixing an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aliphatic diol and subjecting the mixture sequentially to esterification, transesterification, polycondensation, chain extension and solid-state polymerization reactions in the presence of a polyfunctional compound, and may have improved mechanical properties, processability, flexibility and elastic recovery properties. In addition, since the fishing gear of the present invention is manufactured using the biodegradable resin composition, it has flexibility and elasticity recovery comparable with those of nylon nets, and thus may not only improve fish catch, but also may prevent contamination of coastal waters by waste fishing gear dumped into the sea, protect the marine ecosystem, and minimize damage caused by ghost fishing.
