摘要: The present invention concerns an integrated process for producing hydrogen comprising the following steps: a) production of algal biomass by means of a photobioreactor (1) wherein microalgae are fed with water and carbon dioxide and irradiated with light radiation; b) anaerobic digestion for obtaining biomethane and nitrogen digestates by means of an anaerobic digester (2), wherein said anaerobic digestion takes place starting from said algal biomass obtained in said step a); c) steam reforming for obtaining hydrogen, carbon dioxide and heat starting from steam, oxygen and said biomethane obtained in said step b), and subsequent separation of carbon dioxide; and d) alkaline electrolysis of water for obtaining hydrogen and oxygen, by means of electrolysers (4), starting from water heated by the heat obtained in step c) and electric power, wherein the carbon dioxide in said step a) comes from step c) and the oxygen in said step c) comes from step d).

摘要: An orbital incubator shaker comprises an incubator housing (1) defining an incubation chamber (2), and an orbital shaker (3) configured to shake a shaking table (4). The orbital shaker (3) comprises a drive motor comprising a stator (7, 8) and a rotor (9, 10), and an eccentric bearing (11, 12) mounted to the rotor (9, 10). The orbital shaker (3) is fixed within the incubation chamber (2) or in a mobile version without fixing just being placed inside the incubation chamber (2). The orbital shaker (3) further comprises a bearing (16) configured to support the rotor (9, 10) on a fixture (13, 14). The rotor (9, 10), the bearing (16) and the fixture (13, 14) are configured to seal the stator (7, 8) from the incubation chamber (2).

摘要: The invention relates to a plant and process for producing photosynthetic microorganisms, particularly microalgae, in a photobioreactor (14) using CO2 (42) and heat from waste from a siderurgical plant (102). The use of low-temperature thermal waste, which cannot generally leverage for other uses, makes the system very economical. The thermal waste transfers its heat through a heat exchanger (34) to the cultivation water. Carbon dioxide discarded from metallurgical plants, and, in particular, steel plants, is transformed into valuable biomass, particularly microalgae. Produced microalgae serve, for example, for nutrition, for the extraction of biomolecules of nutraceutical or pharmaceutical interest and for biofuel production (114).
