Desenvolvido para aquecer e manter as calhas refratárias aquecidas durante o transporte de variados tipos de metais e outros produtos no estado líquido, principalmente o alumínio este sistema é formado por módulos de peças refratárias, preferencialmente constituídas de matérias de alta resistência como a sílica fundida e outros materiais, formado por um módulo de calha refratária de entrada e saída (1) dotado de um canal interno único (4); módulo de calha refratária com chicanes (2), dotado de um canal interno único (4) tendo no interior do dito canal, chicanes em forma de losango (17); módulo de calha refratária intermediária (3) dotada de um canal interno único (4) e outro secundário (12a e 12b); calhas de sacrifício fixa (9) e calha de sacrifício móvel (10), dispostas no fundo das calhas de entrada, saída e intermediária para receber o elemento de aquecimento.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung, die zum Beschichten von bei der Herstellung von Roheisen oder von Stahl verwendeten Maschinenteilen verwendet wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung umfasst: Aluminiumnitrid (AlN) in einem Mengenanteil von 10 Gewichts% bis zu 40 Gewichts%; eine oder mehrere metalloxidische Substanzen in einem Mengenanteil von mindestens 2 bis zu 10 Gewichts%, von denen mindestens eine aus der Gruppe; Aluminiumoxid, Zirkonoxid, LD-Konverterstaub stammt, anorganischer Binder in einem Mengenanteil von bis zu 70 Gewichts%, wobei die Gewichts% bezogen sind auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung. Weiters betrifft sie eine Suspension auf Basis der Zusammensetzung und die Verwendung der Zusammensetzung beziehungsweise der Zusammensetzungssuspension zum Beschichten von bei der Herstellung von Roheisen oder von Stahl verwendeten Maschinenteilen.

One aspect of the invention concerns a launder assembly (10) for conveying molten material from a metallurgical furnace, The assembly is made up of launder sections (12) arranged end to end with connections between adjacent ends of the launder sections. Each launder section includes a base (14) and spaced apart side walls (16, 18). At each connection between the adjacent ends of two launder sections, the bases of the launder sections are formed with recesses (28) which, in combination, form a cavity (32). A connector (34) is located in the cavity and in that the bases of the launder sections are connected to one another through the connector. In the preferred arrangement, the bases of the launder sections are connected to the connector by fasteners, typically bolts (38) which engage the bases and in threaded holes (42) in the connector.

The present invention provides a method and apparatus for charging hot direct reduced iron (HDRI) from hot transport vessels (HTVs) into a melter or finisher. In general, the apparatus includes a charging stand including a plurality of bays for receiving and supporting a plurality of HTVs. Each HTV includes at least an outlet port configured to engage an inlet port of one of the plurality of bays of the charging stand via a telescoping seal that provides a substantially air-tight seal. A feed device is provided that moves the HDRI disposed within the HTVs from the outlet port/inlet port interface to a melter or finisher. The charging stand also includes one or more load cells operable for weighing the HTVs and the HDRI disposed therein, such that a computer or other logic may be used to control the feed rate of the HDRI charged into the melter or finisher.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a melt launder, wherein said launder is used to discharge molten material, especially molten slag from a smelting furnace in which the slag is generated during the production of metals. The launder is formed from uniform, worked copper billet, curved in cross-section, and equipped with cooling piping at the edges. The invention also relates to a melt launder manufactured by this method.

본 발명은, 고로에서 출선되는 용선의 공취 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하여 고로 노내 상황을 판단할 수 있는 용선 공취 상태 모니터링 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 용선 공취 상태 모니터링 장치는 출선구의 용선의 온도 및 이미지를 측정하는 센서부, 상기 센서부에 의해 측정된 용선의 온도 및 이미지를 신호 처리하여 출선 용선의 공취를 측정하는 신호 처리부, 상기 신호 처리부에 의해 측정된 용선 위치에 따라 상기 센서부의 위치를 제어하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
