摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sauerstoffevolutionskatalysator (11, 12), der einen Mischkristall (10) aus mindestens einem Ventilmetalloxid (8) und mindestens einem Edelmetalloxid (7) umfasst, wobei das Ventilmetalloxid (8) ausgewählt ist aus Oxiden von Titan, Oxiden von Niob, Oxiden von Wolfram und Oxiden von Tantal, wobei das Edelmetalloxid (7) ausgewählt ist aus Oxiden von Iridium, Oxiden von Ruthenium und/oder Mischungen und/oder Legierungen daraus, wobei die BET spezifische Oberfläche des Mischkristalls (10) größer als 10 m2/g ist und wobei der Sauerstoffevolutionskatalysator (11, 12) einen Gewichtsverlust von weniger als 2 Gew.-% bei Aussetzen des Sauerstoffevolutionskatalysators (11, 12) für 12 Stunden bei einer Temperatur von 80 °C einem 3,3 Vol.%-igen Wasserstoffstrom in Argon aufweist.

摘要: The present invention concerns a method for surface treatment of a metal substrate, suitable for use as electrode support in electrochemical processes, comprising the following steps: (a) immersion of said metal substrate and of at least one counter electrode in an electrolyte selected from hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, boric acid or sulfuric acid at a weight concentration of between 10-40%; (b) application of an anodic current density to said metal substrate of between 0,1 and 30 A/dm2 for a time of between 0.5 and 120 minutes. The invention also concerns an electrode for gas evolution in electrochemical processes obtained from a correspondingly treated substrate.
