본 발명은 해저면에 관입되는 하단부와, 상기 해저면으로부터 빨려 올라가는 물과 에어와 토사와 뻘 및 자갈이 일시 수용되는 작업공간을 구비한 석션파일(suction pile); 및 복수의 상기 석션파일 중 상기 해저면에 관입된 하나의 석션파일에 탈착 결합되는 메인 지그파이프를 포함하며, 복수의 상기 석션파일 중 나머지 석션파일이 순차적으로 상기 해저면에 관입되도록 지지하는 관입지지 유닛을 포함하는 실시예로부터, 석션파일을 이용한 해상구조물을 해저면에 더욱 용이하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있도록 한 해저면의 석션파일 관입용 지그 어셈블리 및 이것을 이용한 석션파일 관입 방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 건축기초시스템에 있어 임플란트식 파일압입장치 및 이를 이용한 임플란트식 파일링공법을 개시한다. 구체적으로 건축기초시스템에서 파일을 압입하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 파일을 삽입할 수 있도록 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 상단에 수나사산부가 형성되며, 상부와 하부에 각각 상부플랜지 및 하부플랜지가 형성되어, 신축 구조물의 기초 슬래브에 매설, 이식할 수 있는 파일설치구; 파일을 수용할 수 있도록 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 하단에 암나사산부가 형성되어 상기 수나사산부와 체결되며, 양측에 파일을 인입할 수 있도록 개구부가 형성되는 반력지지관; 및 상기 반력지지관의 상단에 결합되어 파일을 압입하는 유압잭;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
A self-propelled pile-driving device comprises a support frame, a pile- driving assembly supported on the frame and including a driving device and a vibratory device. The driving device and the vibratory device are configured to drive a pile into the ground by applying pressure and vibrations, respectively. The device further comprises a pressure sensor and a sensor for detecting the rate at which the pile moves forward, which are operatively connected to the driving assembly so as to activate the driving device and the vibratory device, either selectively or in combination, depending on pressure values and rates of forward motion detected.

The present invention relates to a device for pushing four piles into the ground or into a seabed in a square configuration or in a diamond configuration, the device comprising: - a bridge assembly which defines a first, second, third and fourth connecting location arranged in a square or diamond configuration, - four connection assemblies via which in use each of the four piles is connected to the bridge assembly, wherein each pile connection assembly comprises: o an actuator comprising an upper actuator part and a lower actuator part, wherein the actuator is configured to extend, o a pile connector connected to the lower actuator part, o a control device configured for alternately letting each of the actuators extend, and configured for letting the pile which is pushed into the ground or seabed receive a greater force than the opposite pile of the square or diamond configuration, wherein the exerted push force is transferred into the bridge assembly and transferred at least partially from the bridge assembly as a tension force and a bending moment into the two adjoining piles via the two adjoining pile connection assemblies.

The invention relates to an apparatus for driving elongate elements such as piles, drilling elements etc. into the ground, comprising a displaceable frame (2), an elongate guide (13), at least one coupling (9, 12) with which at least during use the frame and the elongate guide are coupled, pushing means with which the elongate elements are driven into the ground, which pushing means are displaceable along the elongate guide, and a drive with (15) which the pushing means can be displaced along the elongate guide.

A method and apparatus for installing a pile or load-bearing element into soft ground, wherein a non-percussive force, rather than a percussive force such as that applied by a hammer or a jack, is applied to the top of a hole-forming tool or pile (1) so as to push the hole-forming tool or pile (1) in a substantially continuous motion to a first depth into the ground, and wherein the hole-forming tool or pile (1) is then pushed in a non-percussive manner to a second depth while being simultaneously rotated. There is also disclosed a method and apparatus for forming a cast-in-situ pile in soft ground by pushing a hole-forming tool (1) provided with fins (3) at its base into the ground. Once the required level has been reached, the hole-forming tool (1) is rotated and concrete or grout is pumped through the body of the hole-forming tool so as concomitantly to help displace and replace the soil swept away by the fins (3). The hole-forming tool (1) is then withdrawn, and further concrete or grout is supplied so as to form a predictably-shaped pile with enhanced bearing capacity.

A subsea foundation (1) for installation on a sea floor, the subsea foundation (1) comprising a receptacle (2) configured for receiving a wellhead housing (3) and a conductor pipe (5) extending from the receptacle (2) and configured for receiving a well pipe therethrough. The conductor pipe (5) comprises a first section being connected to the receptacle (2) at one end thereof and being pivotably connected to a second section at a second end thereof. The connection is such that the connector pipe (5) is configurable between a compact configuration in which the conductor pipe (5) comprises a bend therein, and an extended configuration, in which the conductor pipe (5) is substantially straight.
