Abstract:
A mechanism for waving elements fixed on an oscillating arm which carries out adjustable trajectories to increase the visibility of the waving element.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a movement transformation mechanism which is used in presses characterized by comprising an outer crank spindle (20) which is rotated by the first drive source; an outer crank spindle bearing (40) which rotates together with the outer crank spindle (20) and which has an inner crank spindle bearing (41) formed on the lateral surface as eccentric from the center; and an inner crank spindle (30) which is rotated by the second drive source and whereon the connecting rod (70) is hinged, and characterized in that the inner crank spindle (30) is bedded inside said inner crank spindle bearing (41 ) in a fixed manner.
Abstract:
An automatic stepless transmission includes a driving shaft, a driving disk rotated by the driving shaft, and a clutch assembly rotated by the driving disk. Two parallel guiding slots are provided on the driving shaft. An eccentric plate with a notch is sleeved onto the driving shaft. A compressible elastic adjusting mechanism is disposed between the notch and the driving shaft. The driving disk is installed on the eccentric plate via a bearing. The eccentric plate offsets in relation to the axis of the driving shaft, at the same time the eccentric plate drives the driving disk to offset. The automatic stepless transmission can compress or loosen the elastic adjusting mechanism according to loads. Thereby the eccentricity between the eccentric plate and the driving shaft can be adjusted, and the eccentric plate can drive the driving disk to move, thus the eccentricity of the driving disk can be regulated without manual work. The transmission has simple structure and can be operated easily. It can adjust the transmission ratio automatically. Therefore the cost and the failure rate can be reduced efficiently.
Abstract:
Engines with multipliers are units of multipliers which initially receive a small stroke and through linked rhombs gives a bigger stroke. Multipliers are receiving a bigger force and at the beginning returns smaller force which gradually is increased during the stroke. Bigger force (10) is required to be applied due to the aid of the small initially applied which gradually is increased. Due to the speed obtained and the weight of the engine of A multiplier. Multipliers with levels having support fulcrum (21) on which lever (20) is resting and arm (19) which receives motion from the final shaft (16) of the multiplier A and then to the other multipliers the number of which is at your discretion. The multiplier shown in the attached photo, is representing every multipliers with levels gives 6-times power of the previous multipliers and constant big stroke 70 mm.
Abstract:
Mechanism for optimalization of driving force with continuous automatic shift of gear ratio where depending on the angle of rotation of the first arm (11) which is firmly or adjustably connected to the second arm (13), whereas both arms are as a whole rotating around the pivot point (7), is automatically continuously set the shortest possible length of the connecting piece (4) between the first pulley (9) and the first freely movable mounting (5) of the first connecting piece (4), whereby is changed the working length of the first arm (11) and thus there occurs an automatic continuous shift of gear ratio between the first arm (11) and the second arm (13), whereas the position of the first connecting piece (4) remains during the whole time of the movement practically vertical to the first arm (11) and thus it is ensured that also the acting force is practically vertical to the first arm (11), whereby the part of force acting in the direction of the required movement is optimized. This mentioned mechanism eliminates the linear increase of force e.g. of a spring or other accumulator of force depending on travel and substitutes it with a constant size of force.
