Appareil de chauffage à combustible solide comprenant une chambre de combustion (1) et un premier conduit d'évacuation des fumées (6), caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de chauffage comprend: une double paroi (2A) délimitant, à l'extérieur de la chambre de combustion, un second conduit d'évacuation des fumées (2), sis sur le parcours des fumées entre la chambre de combustion (1) et ledit premier conduit (6) et munie, dans une section verticale, d'une pluralité de clapets de communication commandés (11, 12, 13, 14, etc.), situés à des hauteurs respectives différentes (h1, h2, h3, h4, etc.), le second conduit d'évacuation des fumées (2) étant configuré grâce à une ouverture (2B) de la double paroi (2A) dans sa partie basse, de manière à allonger le chemin parcouru par les fumées, dans une mesure qui dépend de la sélection du clapet d'entrée ouvert dans le second conduit (2), les autres clapets étant fermés; des moyens de régulation configurés pour sélectionner, pour chacun desdits clapets (11, 12, 13, 14, etc.), une position ouverte ou fermée, en fonction de la température des fumées mesurée par une sonde de température (7) situé au niveau dudit premier conduit (6), de manière à ajuster la longueur du chemin parcouru par les fumées (3) pour minimiser la température des fumées, tout en restant au-dessus de leur point de rosée.

La boîte à fumées démontable à clapet automatique intégrée se compose de trois pièces assemblées entre elles par simple montage manuel, une buse (13) recevant le conduit d'évacuation (15) dans une chambre inférieure de réception (17) de cette buse (13) vient s'engager et se monter une pièce porte-clapet (19) par un moyen d'assemblage rapide délimitant avec la buse (13) une chambre annulaire de récupération de chaleur, un clapet (34) constituant la troisième pièce étant monté articulé à pivotement sur la pièce porte-clapet (19). Cette invention intéresse les constructeur d'appareils de chauffage à combustible solide.

본 발명은 자동 반복 연소 난로에 관한 것으로서, 내부가 빈 통 형태를 이루고, 연소가스가 외부로 배출되는 연통이 상부에 구비된 연소실; 상기 연소실보다 작은 직경을 가진 관 형태를 이루면서, 연소실의 상단에 고정되어 연소실 내측에 마련되며, 내부로 피연소물을 투입할 수 있는 유입관; 상기 연소실의 측면을 둘러싸면서 지면에 지지되는 외통;을 포함하되, 상기 유입관은, 하단이 연소실의 바닥면으로부터 이격되고 연소실과 연통되게끔 제1 유입공이 관통형성되며, 상기 연소실은, 제1 유입공보다 하측에 외통과 연통되게끔 제2 유입공이 관통형성되고, 상기 외통은, 제2 유입공보다 하측에 외부와 연통되게끔 제3 유입공이 관통형성되어, 상기 연소실의 하부에서 피연소물이 점화됨에 따라 생성된 연소가스는, 제1 유입공을 통해 연소실과 유입관 내를 순환하면서 제3 유입공 및 제2 유입공을 통해 연소실로 유입된 외부공기와, 유입관의 상단을 통해 유입된 외부공기에 의해, 반복 연속 연소가 이루어지고, 완전연소가 이루어지면 연통을 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 반복 연소 난로에 관한 것이다.

The invention relates to a method for lighting a fire in a cold fireplace, in which method, air is fed in a smoke flue or a flue system of a furnace or range provided with a smoke damper (13) from outside them for intensifying the flow of flue gases in the smoke flue. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for implementing the method for lighting a fire in a cold fireplace according to claim 1, which device includes the smoke damper (13) in the smoke flue or the flue system of the fireplace. In the method according to the invention, in the smoke flue or the flue system of the fireplace is transferred air via an air channel (4) formed in a smoke damper plate section (3), a smoke damper arm (1) and/or a smoke damper frame (8). In the device according to the invention, the air channel (4) is formed in the smoke damper plate section (3), the smoke damper arm (1) and/or the smoke damper frame (8) for transferring air in the smoke flue or the flue system of the fireplace.

The autocontrol system includes a computer panel (15) with control chips (151), a display (11) and a control panel (16) respectively connected with the computer panel, a temperature sensor (14) as well as a remote control (19) associated with the computer panel (15). A fireplace having a bottom venting arrangement is disclosed. The fireplace includes a firebox having a burner and a combustion chamber. Fumes produced by burning of gas at the burner are pulled into a plenum in the upper portion of the firebox. The plenum is in fluid communication with the combustion chamber. The plenum is also in fluid communication with an upper end of a substantially vertical air passage. The lower end of the air passage is in fluid communication with a blower opening in a bottom panel of the firebox. An intake side of a blower is attached to the blower opening. The blower also includes a discharge side, which is coupled to an exhaust port on the fireplace. The blower operates when a fire is burning, and fumes containing combustion products are drawn into the upper plenum. From the plenum, the fumes travel into the air passage, and then travel in a downward direction to the blower opening and into the blower intake. Fumes are then exhausted from the exhaust port and into an external ducting arrangement, from which the fumes are vented to the atmosphere.

A wireless damper control device comprises a damper positioned in a flue, movable between a closed position where the flue is blocked and an open position, a damper controller which sends a damper signal which moves the damper between the open position and the closed position, and a fire side controller which transmits a fireplace signal to open a gas valve to initiate combustion when a fire is desired at a fireplace, and to close the gas valve to terminate combustion when a fire is no longer desired at the fireplace, and which receives a damper status signal from the damper controller indicating whether the damper is in the closed position or the open position.
