摘要: Described herein are systems and methods for controlling a design and manufacturing process of a user-specific device (e.g., a patient-specific medical device). A method involves receiving, from the requesting entity user-specific information related to a requested device. Based on the information, a list of devices matching user-specific information is determined and displayed for selection by the requesting entity. Based on the information and the selection, a sequence of tasks for design and manufacturing of the user-specific device is generated. Based on the received information and the tasks, a designing entity can generate an interactive digital model of the user-specific device. Based on the interactive model, feedback is received from the requesting entity. Based on the feedback, the interactive digital model and sequence of tasks may be updated. Depending on a location of the requesting entity, the sequence of tasks or devices can be configured to satisfy regulatory compliance.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln mindestens eines Polsterelementes aus einer Menge von voneinander verschiedenen Polsterelementen (P1, P2, P3) in Bezug auf eine bestimmte Person (20), wobei die Polsterelemente (P1, P2, P3) durch eine personenbezogene Beanspruchung auf eine Polsteroberfläche des jeweiligen Polsterelementes elastisch verformbar sind, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: Bereitstellen einer Mehrzahl von vorberechneten, digitalen Polstermodellen (PMx), die jeweils einem bestimmten Polsterelement aus der Menge der Polsterelemente (P1, P2, P3) zugeordnet sind, wobei jedes digitale Polstermodell (PMx) für eine Vielzahl von Bereichen auf der Polsteroberfläche des Polsterelementes jeweils eine mechanische Polstereigenschaft definiert; Bereitstellen eines Körpermodells (KM) der betreffenden Person (20), für die das Polsterelement ermittelt werden soll, wobei das Körpermodell (KM) eine Beschreibung von physiologischen Körpereigenschaften der betreffenden Person (20) enthält; wobei für jedes bereitgestellte Polstermodell (PMx) oder einer Teilmenge davon mittels einer Recheneinheit (13) einer Datenverarbeitungsanlage (10) einzeln durchgeführt wird: Berechnen einer virtuellen Körperbeanspruchung (KBx) auf eine ausgewählte Körperoberfläche des Körpers der betreffenden Person (20) in Bezug auf eine personenbezogene Beanspruchung der Polsteroberfläche des dem jeweiligen Polstermodell (PMx) zugeordneten Polsterelementes in Abhängigkeit von den entsprechenden mechanischen Polstereigenschaften des jeweiligen Polstermodells (PMx) und den physiologischen Körpereigenschaften des Körpermodells (KM) der betreffenden Person (20) und Bestimmen mindestens einer Beanspruchungskennzahl (Cx) in Abhängigkeit von der berechneten virtuellen Körperbeanspruchung (KBx) und Zuordnen der mindestens einen Beanspruchungskennzahl (Cx) zu dem das jeweilige Polstermodell (PMx) betreffenden Polsterelement; wobei anschließend mittels der Recheneinheit (13) mindestens ein Polsterelement aus der Menge von voneinander verschiedenen Polsterelementen (P1, P2, P3) in Abhängigkeit von den jeweiligen Polsterelementen zugeordneten Druckbelastungskennzahlen (Cx) ermittelt wird.

If the recipe is not acceptable, the machine learned model may be retrained or updated based on the measurement data and the recipe of the sample and the above-identified steps may be repeated until a recipe meets the target specification.

摘要: The invention provides a computer-implemented method of indexing a hierarchical data structure or product structure. For a product structure comprising a product and a plurality of items associated with the product, wherein each item shares a parent-child relationship with at least one other item or the product, the method comprising several steps. Firstly, a packed configuration-independent index of the product structure is generated by enumerating an unconfigured item-path from the product to an item for each item. Then, if one or more unconfigured item-paths are identical, only one of the identical unconfigured item-paths is maintained. The index may also be combined with an unconfigured item-path spatial-bounds index. Both product structure and spatial location queries can be filtered against the combined index.
