    Abstract: A system, method, and a computer program product for generating a clinical summary of a patient using artificial intelligence is provided. A patient data that includes unstructured data and structured data is collected from multiple computing devices. Natural language processing models determine clinical issues from the unstructured data. Active clinical issues are determined from the clinical issues. A knowledge graph generated using a relational language model determines treatments associated with the active clinical issues. Active diagnostic and treatment orders are determined from the structured data. Multiple summaries summarizing the active clinical issues, treatments, active diagnostic orders, and active treatment orders are determined using natural language generation models trained to summarize multiple tasks. The multiple summaries are aggregated into a single summary. The language of the summary is modified using a hyperparameter in a smoothing natural language model to direct the summary toward an audience having a particular type.

An offer band is accessed, and a plurality of test offers are selected from the offer bank by scoring each offer in the offer bank against the extracted data.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include systems and methods for compressing tokens based on positions for training data that is used to train transformer models. In some embodiments, a set of input data for training a transformer model is received. The set of input data comprises a set of tokens and a set of position values. A first token in the set of tokens that is the same as a second token in the set of tokens is identified. The position value representing the first token with the position value representing the second token are combined. The set of tokens is modified by removing the first token from the set of tokens.     Abstract: The present innovative solution solves the problem of managing secure documents so that they can be verified, and protected from tampering and illegal printing. A legal document is converted to a secure document by embedding into the legal document one or more security codes that have been encrypted with a standard of proprietary cryptographic algorithm. The security codes are supplemented by a QR code associated with the archive location of each page of the secure document, and stored at a server or database. The security codes stored in the document and can be printed together with the document, as a form of watermark, using UV-sensitive ink or toner at a security printer. The security codes are encrypted and can be printed on varying locations in the secure document pages, which are defined in a geolocation template, separately transmitted in encrypted format.
