Abstract: 一种可燃气体处理装置以及可燃气体处理方法。该可燃气体处理装置包括:冷凝器、气液分离器、液体处理部、膜分离器和废气处理部。其中,冷凝器出口与气液分离器入口相连,气液分离器液体出口与液体处理部相连,气液分离器气体出口与膜分离器入口相连,第一膜分离器出口连接到冷凝器入口,第二膜分离器出口连接到废气处理部,第一浓度分析仪连接到第一膜分离器出口与冷凝器入口之间;第一控制器与第一浓度分析仪相连,第一控制器被配置为当第一浓度分析仪检测的可燃气体浓度大于或等于第一浓度阈值时,判定膜分离器工作正常并使得从第一膜分离器出口排出的气体流入冷凝器中。该可燃气体处理装置将可燃气体与空气的混合气体经过气液两相转化分离并分别处理,并且通过浓度检测反馈信息而保证处理流程安全有效地进行。

Abstract: A cartridge for non-cryogenically separating a gas into components includes a plurality of hollow polymeric fibers, the fibers being anchored by a pair of tubesheets, each tubesheet being adjacent to a head, the tubesheet and head being joined by a clamshell retainer. The cartridge does not have a core tube. The fibers are enclosed within a sleeve, the sleeve being sufficiently thin so as to be a non-structural element. The cartridge may be inserted within a larger pressure vessel. The cartridge of the present invention can accommodate more fibers than comparable cartridges of the prior art, and therefore has greater throughput.

Abstract: A method of making a hollow fiber carbon molecular sieve (CMS) membrane includes heating a polymeric precursor to a pyrolysis temperature that is greater than or equal to 500 °C and less than or equal to 1200 °C; pyrolyzing the polymeric precursor at the pyrolysis temperature, thereby forming a pyrolyzed polymeric membrane; exposing the pyrolyzed polymeric membrane to an atmosphere comprising greater than or equal to 50 ppm oxidant; and cooling the pyrolyzed polymeric membrane to a cooling temperature that is less than or equal to 50 °C. The exposing and the cooling are performed sequentially or simultaneously, thereby forming the hollow fiber CMS membrane.
