    Abstract: A process to optimize carbon from carbon dioxide in synthesis gas used to produce synthetic chemicals and fuels. The process involves using captured carbon dioxide from any source and controlling its reformation with gaseous hydrocarbons to produce a synthesis gas with a specific carbon monoxide to hydrogen ratio suitable for selected intermediate and end products. The carbon from carbon dioxide displaces fossil carbon and lowers the carbon intensity of the products. The process uses any hydrocarbon gas, fossil or renewable, and may utilize steam to optimize the synthesis gas composition. The invention also includes recycling gases and the generation of heat, steam and electrical power for the reformer and other equipment, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of the plant.

    Abstract: Изобретение относится к области экологии и охраны окружающей среды, а более конкретно, к технике и технологии сжигания органической составляющей коммунальных или промышленных отходов на мусоросжигательных заводах. В предлагаемом способе сжигания промышленных и коммунальных отходов с органической составляющей, включающем отделение этой органической составляющей от остальной части отходов, измельчение этой органической составляющей и ее последующее сжигание, измельченную органическую составляющую смешивают с оборотной водой до образования жидкой пульпы заданной влажности, промывают пульпу от грязи, выделяют от нее на захоронение неорганическую часть, дополнительно измельчают органическую составляющую пульпы, подают пульпу в реактор сверхкритической водной газификации (реактор СКВГ) с получением из него горючего газа и воды, отделяют газ от воды, получаемый газ сжигают, получаемую воду возвращают обратно на создание жидкой пульпы, а остаток воды направляют на доочистку со сливом в канализацию или на рельеф.

    Abstract: A downdraft gasifier and method of gasification with high yield biochar that utilizes a plurality of high throughput, vertically positioned tubes to create a pyrolysis zone, an oxidation zone beneath the pyrolysis zone and a reduction zone beneath the oxidation zone. A rotating and vertically adjustable rotating grate is located beneath the reduction zone of the gasifier. In addition, a drying zone is located above the pyrolysis zone so the heat of the gasifier can be used to dry feedstock before it enters the gasifier. By optimizing the grate height and rpm, feedstock retention time in the drying zone, the drying zone temperature and feedstock moisture content, the result is gasification of biomass with a high yield and continuous biochar production.

    Abstract: The invention relates to petroleum sludge or other wastes recycle treatment system, which comprises a pre-treatment operation facility for a treated matter to be treated as a raw material. A feeding unit is arranged to feed the raw material into at least one gasification reactor with a push rod or a screw for pyrolysis gasification.     Abstract: Size reduced textiles are co-fed with a fuel into a partial oxidation gasifier. High solids concentrations in the feedstock composition can be obtained without significant impact on the feedstock composition stability and pumpability. A consistent quality of syngas can be continuously produced, including generation of carbon dioxide and a carbon monoxide/hydrogen ratio while stably operating the gasifier and avoiding the high tar generation of fluidized bed or fixed bed waste gasifiers and without impacting the operations of the gasifier. The syngas quality, composition, and throughput are suitable for produce a wide range of chemicals.
