    Abstract: A wall frame assembly (10) comprises a first elongate member (12) with a track comprising a base (20) and two lateral walls (22), and a second member (14) with a joining end (30) locatable in the track such that an end surface (33) of the joining end (30) sits against an inner track surface (21) of the base to form a joint. The first elongate member (12) comprises first alignment structures (24) provided on a lateral wall (22) and the second member (14) comprises second alignment structures (34) on a lateral surface (32) thereof for registration with the first alignment structure (24), wherein the first and second alignment structures are alignable with tighter compression of the joining end (33) against the inner track surface (21) in one of the engagement configurations. When assembled, the arrangement provides for a tighter compression when the first and second alignment structures are aligned.

    Abstract: A structural stud post assembly comprising a center receiver section having opposing receiver channels formed by side walls and angled flanges, and a pair of raceway inserts also defining a raceway channel for accepting wiring and equipment to be disposed in the raceway. The raceways can be installed in the receiver channels to accept and accommodate wiring and equipment. The center receiver comprises a thermal break at about a midpoint to prevent there from being a metal –to-metal thermally conductive pathway through the stud. The structural stud post may be used in the construction of modular building systems.

    Abstract: The invention concerns a dry construction framing member with a hollow, polygonal shape, which is suitable for walls or ceilings. The invention also comprises an elongate sheet with bend lines and a method by which the elongate sheet can be shaped into a framing member as well as arrangements of these framing members in wall or ceiling framing constructions. These framing constructions further comprise guiding tracks. Some also comprise placement means to optimise the positioning of the framing members, particularly in arrangements for reduced sound transmission. The invention further encompasses using a wall framing with the framing member according to the invention for reducing sound transmission.

    Abstract: A demountable wall partition system (100) comprising, a first and a second demountable partition panel (10,10'), and a flange connection element (15). The demountable partition panels (10,10') each comprises a board (11) and has a front surface (12) and a rear surface (13).
