    Abstract: In the roof window, each hinge (310) of the set of hinges comprises a frame hinge part (330), a sash hinge part (340), and a movement supporting assembly comprising guiding means including a linkage mechanism with at least two links (350, 360) providing connection between the sash hinge part and the frame hinge part. Each link is connected to at least one of the frame hinge part and the sash hinge part at a joint and connected to each other. A force transmission device (370) is provided for exerting lifting assistance to the movement of the sash (2) relative to the frame (1) during opening of the roof window in the mounted condition of the hinge (310). The force transmission device is provided with biasing means selected from the group comprising leaf springs, torsion springs and tension/compression springs. The force transmission device (370) may comprise a pick-up (371) biased by a leaf spring (372) connected to the frame hinge part (330) or the sash hinge part (340) by means of a fastening protrusion (375a) and/or a first abutment protrusion (375b) and/or a second abutment protrusion (375c).

    Abstract: The invention relates to a hinge device for the rotary movement around an axis (X) of a closing element (A), comprising a fixed element (2) which can be anchored to the stationary supporting structure and a movable element (3) which can be anchored to the closing element (A). The movable element (3) includes a hinge body (30), while the fixed element (2) includes a plate (10) which can be anchored to the supporting structure and defining a plane (π") perpendicular to the closing element (A). The device comprises means for adjusting the spatial position (28) of the hinge body (30) with respect to the plate (10) which comprise a pair of opposite longitudinal projections (21',21") integrally joined to the pin (20), which can be inserted into a slot (16) made in the plate (10), in which the longitudinal projections (21', 21") are movable along the aforementioned plane (π"). A pair of adjustment grub screws (14) located at the slot (16) promotes the integrally joined rotation of the longitudinal projections (21',21") and of the pin (20) around the rotation axis (X). Furthermore, the hinge body (30) includes a seat (50) for the mutual movement of the pin (20) and of the hinge body (30) around the rotation axis (X). The seat (50) includes damping means (54) interacting directly by friction with the pin (20) to dampen - in a differentiated manner - the rotation of the latter and of the hinge body (30). The invention also relates to a system for fixing the closing element (A) to a horizontal stationary supporting structure. The system comprises the aforementioned hinge device (1) and a pair of clamping elements (40) for fixing the closing element (A).

    Abstract: A compact and dampened hinge device includes a first connection means (3) assigned to be fixed to a hatch or shutter for the rotation of the latter between closed and fully opened conditions of a respective appliance or household appliances. This first attachment means is swivelling connected, through a hinge pin (4), to a second connection means (5) assigned to be fixed to a structure or frame of said appliance or household appliances. The device (1) comprises at least a first elastic means (7) interconnected between the first (3) and second (5) connection means to transmit to the first (3) connection means an elastic torque directed towards the closed condition of the hinged device (1). Said device (1) comprises a damper element (11) of a linear type having a longitudinal geometric axis and a first end connected to at least one of the first (3) or second (5) connection means directly or by means of an element connected thereto (3, 5). The other and second end of the damper element (11) is assigned to meet with an abutment element (13) slidable in a sliding direction aligned or parallel to the axis of the damper element (11) due to the effect of a translating means (15) sliding in said sliding direction and actuated, at least in the terminal closing phase of the hatch, by at least one offset element (17) fixed to the second connection means (5) at a respective predetermined distance from the hinge pin (4). In at least one angular sector of the door rotation, the offset element (17) meets with the translating means (15) sliding it together with the abutment element (13) in the sliding direction compressing the damper element (11) which brakes the rotation of the door in such angular sector.
