    Abstract: 一种颗粒过滤器自动清洗设备,用于对颗粒过滤器进行加热清洗,其特征在于,包括:颗粒过滤器清洗装置(3),用于对颗粒过滤器进行清洗;以及控制装置(4),用于对颗粒过滤器清洗装置(3)的运行进行控制,其中,颗粒过滤器清洗装置(3)至少包括用于感应进入清洗腔室(10)的空气流的温度作为处理温度的处理温度感应器(40),控制装置(4)基于处理温度以及预定加热处理曲线对进气阀(38)、加热单元(8)以及空气流驱动单元(6)进行控制,从而使得处理温度符合预定加热处理曲线。该设备能够快速完成清洗,具有较好的清洗效果,且不会对颗粒过滤器造成损伤。

    Abstract: An exhaust gas aftertreatment (EAT) system (110) for receiving exhaust gases from an internal combustion engine has a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) (112) upstream and in close proximity to a diesel particulate filter (DPF) (114). A pressure differential sensor (140) is configured to measure a pressure differential across the DOC and the DPF between a first measurement position upstream of the DOC and a second measurement position downstream of the DPF. A method of operating the EAT system is also disclosed which includes using a mathematical model to determine a pressure drop occurring in the system between the first and second measurement positions outside of the DPF. The modelled pressure drop is used together with a measured pressure drop to derive a value for the pressure drop across the DPF itself for use in a model to determine the soot loading of the DPF.

    Abstract: The dual function exhaust system attachment, which is preferably used with an all-terrain vehicle, includes a muffler, a silencing cap, and a sound-enhancing plug. In a quiet configuration, the silencing cap is mounted to conceal a primary outlet of the muffler. In a loud configuration, the sound-enhancing plug is mounted to conceal a secondary outlet of the muffler. A set of screw threads or sealing mechanism may be used to mount the silencing cap and the sound-enhancing plug. A primary perforated barrier, a solid barrier, at least one secondary perforated barrier, and a pipe section are positioned within a hollow structural body of the muffler to guide the exhaust gas flow from an inlet of the muffler to the primary outlet or the secondary outlet.

    Abstract: An exhaust gas aftertreatment system includes an exhaust gas conduit a mixer, and a plurality of flow disrupters. The exhaust gas conduit is centered on a conduit center axis and includes an inner surface. The mixer includes a mixer body and an upstream vane plate. The upstream vane plate has a plurality of upstream vanes. At least one of the upstream vanes is coupled to the mixer body. The flow disrupters are disposed downstream of the mixer and circumferentially around the conduit center axis. Each of the flow disrupters is coupled to the exhaust gas conduit or integrally formed with the exhaust gas conduit. Each of the flow disrupters extends inwardly from the inner surface.
