    Abstract: The invention is an apparatus that encloses components in a housing to set and control wind conditions for wind turbines to harness wind energy at lower altitudes and generate clean electricity. By exposing an airflow source that provides clean, non-turbulent and utilizable airflow to a wind turbine, which generates electricity to provide an external source and power the airflow source in return to keep the cycle going. An additional renewable energy source or an energy storage system can be added to power the airflow source in any cases of wind turbine failure to generate sufficient electricity to power the airflow source. The structure enclosing all the components shall be specifically constructed to increase the velocity of the air flowing into the apparatus and decrease its pressure to aid in harnessing energy from the wind efficiently and generate an electrical output accurately as pre-determined and predicted.

    Abstract: Изобретение относится к ветроэнергетике. Ветротурбина содержит установленные соосно ротор и статор с нижним и верхним основаниями, соединенными между собой вертикальными направляющими лопастями статора. На нижнем основании установлен конфузор с лопатками, над статором установлен диффузор. Нижняя и верхняя полуоси и вращения ротора установлены в нижней и верхней опорах. Корпус ротора выполнен в виде полого, сужающегося вверх, усеченного конуса с криволинейной поверхностью. Лопатки ротора выполнены с криволинейной, предпочтительно гиперболической поверхностью. Внутри корпуса ротора закреплены верхняя и нижняя крыльчатки. В полости нижнего диска диффузора дополнительно установлен вентилятор ротора, лопатки которого огибают верхнюю часть наружной поверхности корпуса ротора. Вся конструкция создает движение увеличенного потока воздуха внутрь ветротурбины, в том числе в области ветровой тени, за счет разгона потока воздуха конфузором, внутренними крыльчатками ротора, лопатками ротора и создания разряжения воздуха вентилятором и диффузором.
