Abstract: The present invention relates to a water management and distribution system of central heating boilers used for heating domestic water in all kinds of premises and also for heating the premises. All the polymer parts on the Hydroblock of the present invention are manufactured from the same composite plastic raw materials. The most important characteristics of the present invention are that in case the central heating line is blocked during water circulation, in order not to damage the system and not to damage the premise installation, it evacuates the pressure to the return line of the circulation pump through the existing heat exchanger lines with a one-way permeable by-pass system without requiring an extra transfer line.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for tracking temperature profile of water in a hot water storage tank. The method performed by a control unit includes monitoring flow of water at one or more inlets and one or more outlets included in the tank to determine current locations of a plurality of water layers within the tank. The plurality of water layers changes corresponding positions within the tank based on water entering within and exiting from the tank. The method includes receiving a series of temperature values measured at a series of time instances from at least one temperature sensor mounted to the tank. The method includes electronically generating a temperature profile of the tank based at least on the current locations of the plurality of water layers and the series of temperature values.

Abstract: A dual heating process is performed in the absence of an open flame. Heat is created by a rotating prime mover(s) driving a fluid shear heater. Heat is also collected from a cooling system of the prime mover, and from any exhaust heat generated by the prime mover. The heat energy collected from all of these sources is transmitted through heat exchangers to a fluid where heat energy is desired. The fluid being heated may be glycol or air, depending on the type of heat desired.
