A method is provided to fabricate a high-power module. A non-touching needle is used to paste a slurry on a heat-dissipation substrate. The slurry comprises nano-silver particles and micron silver particles. The ratio of the two silver particles is 9:1˜1:1. The slurry is pasted on the substrate to be heated up to a temperature kept holding. An integrated chip (IC) is put above the substrate to form a combined piece. A hot presser processes thermocompression to the combined piece to form a thermal-interface-material (TIM) layer with the IC and the substrate. After heat treatment, the TIM contains more than 99 percent of pure silver with only a small amount of organic matter. No volatile organic compounds would be generated after a long term of use. No intermetallic compounds would be generated while the stability under high temperature is obtained. Consequently, embrittlement owing to procedure temperature is dismissed.

Multiple vias may be provided for each trench, thus increasing the density of vias. Such vias enable electric access to the ultrasound transducers. Through silicon vias are formed through the silicon handle and provide access from the bottom surface of the ultrasound chip. Conductive pillars, including copper pillars, are disposed around the perimeter of an ultrasound chip and provide access to the ultrasound transducers from the top surface of the chip. Use of these types of packaging techniques can enable a substantial reduction in the dimensions of an ultrasound device.

At the expiration of the fallback timer or counter, the UE may fall back to a four-step random access procedure. In some cases, the UE may transmit multiple repetitions of the first message and monitor for responses after transmitting the repetitions or after each repetition. In a further variant, inter-CBSD sector and frequency handovers are provided for using CBRS-plane and 3GPP signaling.

Using the same image sensor to capture a two-dimensional (2D) image and three-dimensional (3D) depth measurements for a 3D object. A laser point-scans the surface of the object with light spots, which are detected by a pixel array in the image sensor to generate the 3D depth profile of the object using triangulation. Each row of pixels in the pixel array forms an epipolar line of the corresponding laser scan line. Timestamping provides a correspondence between the pixel location of a captured light spot and the respective scan angle of the laser to remove any ambiguity in triangulation. An Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) in the image sensor operates as a Time-to-Digital (TDC) converter to generate timestamps. A timestamp calibration circuit is provided on-board to record the propagation delay of each column of pixels in the pixel array and to provide necessary corrections to the timestamp values generated during 3D depth measurements.
