Furthermore, radiation curing the composite material at or near an expected operating temperature of the composite material improves the mechanical properties of the material by reducing thermally induced strains and stresses caused by thermally curing a material and subsequently cooling the material. Adding an interface resin with a curing agent to the fibers allows relatively thick parts, a must faster curing process, a wide variety of inexpensive and easily workable molding materials, the ability to maintain tight tolerances and reduce or eliminate springback, and a radiation cured material that approaches or exceeds the material characteristics of thermally cured composite materials.

The method for producing polyaryletherketone includes: a polycondensation step of carrying out desalting polycondensation in a reaction solvent; and a cooling step of cooling a reaction mixture after desalting polycondensation is completed. When the method is implemented, the polycondensation step is carried out in a hydrophilic solvent under pressurized conditions, and the polymerization temperature in the polycondensation step is at or above the boiling point of the hydrophilic solvent at ambient pressure. In addition, the polymer content in terms of monomers at the time of cooling in the cooling step is from 1 part by mass to 50 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the hydrophilic solvent in the reaction mixture.

The present invention refers to a manufacturing process of artificial pozzolan which has the final color gray. In order to perform the processes in the desired way, the kiln atmosphere shall contain low oxygen concentration and the presence of reducing agents. However the presence of carbon monoxide at the kiln outlet is not desirable, due to environmental impacts and the increase in specific heat consumption of the kiln. So the process described in this invention comprises the following steps: heating (1), which consists of heating the raw materials to a temperature between 100-350° C. until drying of the material to a moisture mass fraction of 0-5% (wet basis); mixing (2), which consists of mixing the dry raw materials from the heating process with the right proportion of fuel, in from 1% to 5% in mass fraction, according to the concentration of hematite present in the raw material; calcining (3), which consists of heating the fuel and raw materials blend to a temperature between 700-900° C., with oxygen concentration between 1-5% and, finally, cooling (4), which consists of an initial step of rapid decrease in pozzolan temperature until 600° C. and a final step of slow decrease in pozzolan temperature until 120° C.

When the telescoping joint reaches an extended position, the loading drive deactivates while the feed drive continues to advance filament into the liquefier, and the slack of filament is consumed.

A towable lawn dethatching device for use with a vehicle, containing: a. a frame having a front end, a rear end, a top, a bottom and two sides; b. a plurality of horizontally spaced apart tines supported by the frame; each of the plurality of horizontally spaced-apart tines having a first end and a second end; c. at least one wheel supported by the frame; d. a mounting portion adapted to pivotably couple the lawn dethatching device to the vehicle in a vertical axis, the lawn dethatching device is moveable between: e. a first position wherein the plurality of horizontally spaced-apart tines are in a dethatching position, wherein the first end of each of the plurality of horizontally spaced-apart tines is above the second end of each of the plurality of horizontally spaced-apart tines, to dethatch and accumulate thatch while the vehicle is moving in a first direction; and f. a second position wherein the plurality of horizontally spaced-apart tines are in a non-dethatching position, allowing the accumulated thatch of the first position to be collected into a pile while the vehicle is moving in a second direction.

A patch panel mounted to an adapter has a jack or port on one side of the adapter, and a jack or port on another side of the adapter. With the adapter aligned at an obtuse angle with respect to a front edge of a rack, a component may be inserted into the rack, or removed from the rack. Subsequently, the adapter aligned at an acute angle, or any other angle, with respect to the front edge of the rack. Mounting patch panels to the adapters enables the patch panels to be maintained outside of the rack, and increases a number of components that may be installed within the rack, or space or volume that may e occupied by components within the rack.
