A pressure regulating valve part (40) functioning as a linear solenoid valve for regulating the clutch pressure of a clutch (C2) by a sleeve (22) and a spool (24) is formed, and a pump part (60) functioning as a solenoid pump for force-feeding a hydraulic oil to a clutch (C1) is formed. The pressure regulating valve part (40) and the pump part (60) are driven by a single solenoid part (30). The pump part (60) reduces the pressure in a pump chamber (70) to a negative pressure to suck a hydraulic oil when the solenoid part (30) is switched from on to off to move the spool (24) to the solenoid part (30) side by the biasing force of a spring (28), and increases the pressure in the pump chamber (70) to a positive pressure to discharge the supplied hydraulic oil when the solenoid part (30) is switched from off to on to move the spool (24) to the end plate (26) side by the thrust of the solenoid part (30).
